Das Frühstück war sehr gut!!!!
Personal sehr freundlich ❤️

Cons:

Es waren wenig Steckdosen in unserem Zimmer
Aber die Betten war ein Traum, lange nicht so gut geschlafen 😴

Der Anruf vom Hotel Team ob wir alleine oder zu zweit reisen. Die herzliche Art und das Willkommen sein.
Im Hotel angekommen - das strukturierte und schnelle liebevolle einweisen. Die schönen kuscheligen Betten- der Kaffee und Tee im Schrank- Kiosk und Aufenthaltsraum mit spielen. Alles auf nordische Art - schön.
Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand 🏖️
Die hochwertigen Produkte - Dankeschön das wir bei Euch Gast sein durften - wir kommen wieder Liebe Grüsse Elke Eisenhauer & Soleil 💖

Ankunft war perfekt vorbereitet.
Alles problemlos und ohne Stress man konnte gleich mit seinen Urlaub beginnen und entspannen.

-Zimmer beim Empfang/Zugang Frühstücksraum (früh morgens mit entsprechender Lautstärke)

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksraum

Trotz voriger telefonischer Rücksprache, leider andere Abläufe
- Frühstück mit Hund in einem Nebenraum (der Raum befindet sich aber im Keller) oder auf dem eigenen Zimmer (Frühstück darf aber nicht mitgenommen werden, da man sich ja sonst für den ganzen Tag mit Essen eindecken könnte)

Da unser Zimmer direkt gegenüber vom
Frühstücksraum war, wäre das die einfachste Lösung gewesen. Warum man das Essen mit in den Keller tragen kann, aber nicht zum Zimmer, ist nicht besonders logisch.

- Frühstück muss vorab aufs Zimmer, gegen einen Aufpreis, bestellt werden (bei später Anreise ist der Check-In-Schalter nicht besetzt und man kann dann auch nicht vorbestellen)

--> Leider keine kulante Regelung möglich, da wir aufgrund der Umstände und den Umgang dann so wenig Zeit wie möglich im Hotel verbringen wollten.

Sehr hohe Preislage für ein Hotel dieser Klasse und für das Zimmer.
