Gute Lage, wenn man Memphis besuchen will.
Desolate Einrichtung im Zimmer und auch am Pool. Meine Chanel Parfümflasche wurde aus dem Zimmer gestohlen. Keine Vernünftige Handhabung des Problems durch das Management. Sehr enttäsuchend!
Great budget friendly stop. Large bedroom and comfy bed. All the staff were super nice and friendly.
All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed to be an issue for any of them.
Room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable.
Breakfast was more than I expected and very delicious.
The complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and Graceland was greatly appreciated.
We chose this hotel for it's location as our sole purpose to be in Memphis was to visit Graceland. The room was large, a good breakfast, there was a small pool and easy parking. They run a complimentary bus to Graceland, just check with reception and they will sort it out. Staff all very pleasant and helpful especially the breakfast room staff.
The nearby restaurants are all the usual chain ones, we walked to a local bar Hernando's Hideaway and when we left they were worried about us walking back to hotel despite it only being less than a mile so not sure how safe they considered the local area. My only other issue is that Holiday Inn seem to take an age to release the credit card holding charge
Location was great for our purposes. Breakfast meals were good. Staff was very helpful.
People were playing loud music outside after 11pm that could be heard in our room. Air conditioner was a little too loud and leaking water when we arrived. Cost is too much for what you get.
Great location, clean hotel and the breakfast was lovely
The pool was poorly maintained, loungers and parasols damaged. Pool was murky and the area around the pool was dirty which was a shame.
The hotel was clean, the staff were excellent, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, the free breakfast was very good. No carpet in the room makes it feel cleaner, but other people might find it slippery. Ms Duffie at breakfast was friendly and helpful. Sheila at check in was professional and welcoming.
We thought it was pretty expensive, but we suppose it costs more to be near the airport.
