Our Memphis Stay for Graceland
Pros:

The location was perfect for our Graceland trip. The employees were all so friendly. We had the pleasure of having Ms. Bernie greet us at the front and Caitlyn at the free breakfast. The rooms were very nice and I believe we got great rooms for the value we paid. They were clean and we loved the floors with no carpet. Every once in a while you could hear a plane overhead but not enough to be annoying. You could still get some sleep. We didn’t get to use any of the amenities in our 3 day stay but we did see the exercise room and the pool area and they looked really clean.

Pros:

Excellent customer service, great breakfast. Would have been 5 stars except the smoke alarm chipped nonstop the entire time we were there and we were not told the room would not be serviced every day. Ms. Duffy and Ms. Bernie are exceptional employees.

The staff at this hotel are genuinely invested in making your stay there feel like home...Ms Duffy,Mr Tommy and Ms Bernie always had a smile and a kind word. Their suggestions for outings and transportation assist were exemplary for our family group of eight, and the shuttle service was amazing!

Way too expensive for what we got!
Pros:

I liked the airport shuttle and that it was available 24 hrs. The property was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

The guy who checked us in when we arrived said that he couldn’t take the booking I had through booking.com even though that was paid for. He made me cancel the booking and then rebooked for the same room at a higher rate. When we complained to the manager in the morning she said it would be refunded within the day but it still hasn’t been refunded.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Memphis TN
Pros:

All of the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. It made for a very pleasant stay. A special shout out to Duffie who prepared breakfast and also drove the shuttle. She’s a gem.

Cercanía a Graceland y que nos fueron a dejar gratis en vehículo a la casa de Elvis.

Cons:

No hacen las habitaciones, no sacan la basura ni cambian las toallas a menos que uno se los pida. Salimos todo el día y llegamos cansados en la noche y nuestra habitación estaba sucias sin las camas hechas. Fue decepcionante.
