The people make the place, and they have great people.
Pros:

The entire team was so friendly and helpful! We needed a shuttle when our rental car was not available, this was arranged and arrived quickly with a very friendly driver. And they shuttled us back again the next day to get a car.
Breakfasts were good and plentiful, and the space was quite nice. Our room was great, spacious and clean.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very courteous, accommodating, helpful , and friendly. The breakfast was delicious! .

Cons:

The bed was very high and I had a little difficulty getting in it. My husband had to assist each night! Other than that….everything was excellent!

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Memphis. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The front desk went above and beyond — they helped us book a meal and even arranged a pink limo to collect us for free, which was such a fun and unexpected touch!

Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean, making it a really comfortable stay. Breakfast was self-service with plenty of options to choose from. Michelle, who was working at breakfast, was absolutely wonderful — always cheerful and friendly, keeping the area spotless and constantly topping everything up.

Exceptional service from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis!

Pros:

From the gentleman at the desk he was very polite and knowledgeable the Girl in the evening was absolutely wonderful. I had a problem with heat and she went to my room to show me how to turn on the heater. On. Next morning I hit the coffee bar early and the 2 girls working were so friendly and made sure I had coffee for the road. This place met all my expectations and more. Would love to stay with you again

I would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. They had a shuttle to Graceland. Ms. Duffie kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked with food. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay more because of Ms. Duffie's friendliness and ready to help us in any way she could.
