Pros:

From the gentleman at the desk he was very polite and knowledgeable the Girl in the evening was absolutely wonderful. I had a problem with heat and she went to my room to show me how to turn on the heater. On. Next morning I hit the coffee bar early and the 2 girls working were so friendly and made sure I had coffee for the road. This place met all my expectations and more. Would love to stay with you again

I would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. They had a shuttle to Graceland. Ms. Duffie kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked with food. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay more because of Ms. Duffie's friendliness and ready to help us in any way she could.

Great service and excellent staff.
Pros:

There is a very sweet lady who went above and beyond service with breakfast and taking us to the guesthouse that afternoon on the holiday inn bus in the same day. Her name is Miss Duffy. Great place to stay. 👍
