Minor issue:
Ended up taking the stairs on so many occasions after giving up on the lift arriving at our floor.
First time I have ever come across this issue consistently over the course of our stay.
The room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. It was our engagement in Manchester this weekend and the staff team played a great role in making the room and our stay incredible and one to remember. The views of the city from our room were amazing on the 11th floor. It was a very memorable stay.
Ivan was so thoughtful and upgraded us due to it being my sons first stay in Manchester. We had amazing views! Staff were all very friendly and made a real effort to make us comfortable.
Nothing, was quiet and easily accessible.
