Brilliant location.
Pros:

Brilliant location for West end theatreland.
Comfortable room with a great view over Leicester Square. The hotel and room was very quiet especially considering the location and neighbours. The amenities in the room and bathroom were excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was truly awful although the restaurant was lovely with a fantastic view of the London skyline.

Cons:

The cleaning from the lobby to the corridors is not acceptable! Lifts are also not good and need urgent renovation. It gets the feeling that they are not safe. Plates and cups of breakfast also dirty

Worst hotel in central London- never booking again

Cons:

Waited 30mins to check in even though keys ready, no welcome, no info re check out etc. general public access to lifts & room floors. Loud music playing until after 12:30 at night. staff next morning in joggers and random T-shirt. Worst hotel in London considered moving hotels on first night

Die Begrüssung war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Jedoch hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht und bei unserer Ankuft hiess es nur, dass kein Upgrade vorgenommen werden kann, da wir mit Booking.com gebucht hätten. Das darf doch nicht sein, dass man schlechter behandelt wird, wenn über booking gebucht hat? Wir haben mehr als CHF 200.00 pro Nacht für ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bezahlt! Das finde ich eine Frechheit!!

Honest review of a nice but very noisey hotel.

Cleanliness of the rooms and staff friendly. Great for breakfast and an evenjng drink. In the roof top bar. Never ate here for lumch or dinner. But sure it would be great.

Cons:

The vape and tat shops directly beneath the hotel. There is major noise from them competing on who can play music the loudest. If you're put in room 106 or 107, ask to be moved. The vape shop and souvenir shop directly beneath compete on who can play music the loudest. Staff were aware of the continuing issue. Shopkeepers were just rude when I spoke to them. It spoiled our stay.
