Riktigt bra läge för en weekend i London!
Pros:

Riktigt bra läge! Fin utsikt från rum och matsal!

Cons:

Personalen i receptionen var mindre trevliga, men i övrigt toppen! Endast två hissar så ibland tog vi trapporna för att slippa vänta så länge

Pros:

We were upgraded at check in to a room with a window as we were celebrating my husbands birthday. The room was clean.

Cons:

The entrance and reception area were small which got quite crowded at busy check in/check out times.
There are only 2 small lifts, so it can take some time to reach you.
I had reserved a table for the rooftop bar on the evening of our stay. However on arrival, I was informed the area had been booked for a private function so we couldn’t have our table.

Pros:

Die Aussicht beim Frühstück war sehr schön.
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und mitten im Leben.
Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Das es überbucht war und wir die erste Nacht ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen haben . Es war ok aber nicht das was wir gebucht haben. Als Entschädigung gab es Frühstück für zwei für vier Tage umsonst.
Eine Kaffemaschine ist definitiv zu wenig am Samstag, der Ansturm ist groß un 15 Minuten für ein Kaffee lang.
Es gab keine Bademäntel und Hausschuhe wie beschrieben. Auch für ein Gin Tonic für 18€ ist ziemlich viel ( aber London).
Das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau, ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Excellent morgenmad. Beliggenheden fantastisk.

Cons:

Der var heavy musik næsten døgnet rundt i nærliggende bygning. Musikken lå som en træls bagggrund.

Absolutely magical 🤩
Pros:

Hi I loved how close it was to everywhere Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, Charing Cross etc.
I was pleasantly surprised that my room was directly over the square and because I had a balcony I cold stand outside and watch to my surprise a premier taking place this was such an amazing bonus to my stay. Thank you so much for that room. I was staying here as I was going to the theatre that evening 😊
The bar and breakfast were great too, as were the staff the whole experience was fantastic.
Thank you everyone 😊
I will definitely come back again.
