Nice place to stay the night before our cruise
Pros:

We arrived during g a very cold period and the staff was getting prepared for a possible electric outage. They were great and kept a positive attitude. I have to say, the staff there was so kind. Accommodations were great. Good bed and pillows. Breakfast was great. Freeway noise was annoying but not terrible. Shuttle to/from the airport was reliable!

I will never stay here again!
Cons:

The hotel overcharged me for the 2 rooms I reserved. Then, they did not have anyone on duty that knew how to correct the mistake. I checked back several times to see if the manager had corrected the problem, and nothing had changed. I finally had to dispute the charges with my bank.

Gran hotel, sin duda regresaría.
Pros:

Habitación grande y muy cómoda. El mobiliario se observa muy nuevo y bien cuidado. Excelente limpieza y gran calidad en los productos de baño. El desayuno magnífico de muy buena calidad y variedad.

Cons:

Deberían tener un poco de agua en las habitaciones o suministro en los pisos.

Pros:

Every single one of the staff was very helpful. I didn’t use them but having Charging stations in the lobby is something I appreciated and will use in the future. The breakfast had a great variety. I don’t eat pork so having turkey sausage was extremely appreciated.

Cons:

The fold out couch only had a blanket and a fitted sheet, no top sheet.

I would give it another try!!!
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to get to!

Cons:

I didn’t like the breakfast they had for the two days. No regular scrambled eggs no biscuits. We only had two large towels in our room with one small one. The hallways smelled like weed and so did the room next door. NOT COOL

Pros:

All staff was extremely nice and professional. From easy Check in with Leticia, Great breakfast with LeeLee (amazing attitude!) House Keeping (place is spotless!) to the manager Pam who made her rounds and made us feel at home.
