The staff was absolutely amazing. We came down for the rodeo and were greeted and treated with nothing less than that Texas hospitality ya hear about. The front desk ladies were outright badass

It was very clean and the staff very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great.
The bed pillows were long and flat. I had to use two to sleep on. The water pressure was almost nonexistent and very hard. The toilet flushed at the bottom of the bowl instead of the top, so if the paper or anything else got stuck on the side of the bowl, it stayed there when you flushed.
The only issue was the TV the remote control was not working and we couldn't watch TV but it wasnt a big issue, we went to sleep.
It was clean, smelled good and also offered early breakfast.

The location was in good proximity to Hobby airport and a good Mexican restaurant. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
The noise from the highway was loud in the room.

The person at the desk was friendly and helpful.
The airport shuttle never arrived. I had to take a taxi. There weren’t any restaurants nearby. I had to Uber Eats a meal. The rooms were comfortable and clean but noisy. I could hear someone talking in the room next to me until after midnight. At one point during the night a group of very loud people woke me.

We arrived during g a very cold period and the staff was getting prepared for a possible electric outage. They were great and kept a positive attitude. I have to say, the staff there was so kind. Accommodations were great. Good bed and pillows. Breakfast was great. Freeway noise was annoying but not terrible. Shuttle to/from the airport was reliable!
