Very clean, comfortable and cozy.
Pros:

Our stay was short but extremely comfortable. The hotel was clean and smelled good. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was yummy, they had a little bit of everything. Definitely recommend if you want a good night sleep before flying out. Short drive to the William P. Hobby Airport.

La habitación espectacular. Bastante amplia, cama grande, tv con muchos canales, pude ver el Mundial. El desayuno muy bueno tb, y tienen ese detalle que puedes ir x café durante todo el día. El quequito de chocolate y los cinammon roll, buenísimos. En la habitación tb tienes cafetera y te dejan café todos los días. El personal de limpieza bastante amable y hablan español. A pesar que hay una autopista y el aeropuerto cerca, yo dormí muy bien aunque yo uso tapones de oído.

Mejoraría las cortinas, muy viejas y x ratos se trababan.

Cons:

Me pasó algo que considero grave. Llegué 2pm y me dijeron que el check in es 3pm. Uno imagina que es xq están preparando tu habitación. Pero luego me dieron mi llave y me dieron una habitación ya ocupada (habían maletas, ropa, laptops). Jamás me había sucedido algo así. Es un error grave, incluso por seguridad.

Pero peor aún, volví para comentarles lo que había pasado, obviamente me dieron otra habitación pero lo tomaron ligeramente, incluso riendo de lo que había pasado. O sea no lo tomaron con la seriedad del caso. Espero sea un error excepcional, pues me pareció gravísimo, el error y la actitud ante el error.
