Afdoende, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding kan beter, vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Prima en vriendelijke ontvangst, goed en divers ontbijt, wat kleine kamer, maar afdoende voor 1 nacht. Zeer goede locatie midden in centrum van Den Haag.

Cons:

Overal zie je dat er wat sprake is van vergane glorie, slijtage, beperkt onderhoud. Geen problemen voor wat betreft het verblijf, maar het viel wel op.

The location is very central

Cons:

The location is central which can be a disadvantage for this hotel if you get a room facing the street, especially on a weekend. We didn’t sleep almost the entire night as people are constantly yelling on the street till very late night, scooters passing all night long and the building has ancient single glass windows which do not isolate at all. The hotel is also very dirty- the carpets, elevator, toilets on the ground floor. In our room the bin was not emptied in the bathroom, diapers, sanitary napkins from the previous guests were left behind… we will definitely not return, lots of money waisted and we left exhausted…

Fantastisch hotel met idem medewerkers. Genoten in koninklijke sfeer 💙
Pros:

Alles tiptop in orde. Prachtig hotel, super medewerkers, mooie details in het oude bankgebouw. Locatie is meer dan goed, je loopt zo het centrum in. We voelden ons koning en koningin! Prachtig ingericht, en superleuk de koffiebar in een kluis. Mooiste hotel waar we ooit waren!

Mooi hotel, lekker in het centrum
Pros:

Aardig personeel, mooi hotel, leuke bar in de kelder met kluisdeuren. Super in het centrum, niet te duur.

Cons:

Wij hadden een kamer met veel lawaai in de ochtend. We zaten naast de lift van de keuken had ik het idee. Dus de hele tijd op zondag ochtend 700 uur hoorde we het.
