Very comfortable and clean rooms, excellent location in the city center.

Cons:

The shower door wouldn’t close, causing water to spill, and the shower tap was leaking.

Everything else was perfect.

Nice hotel in a good location for sightseeing & museums
Pros:

Location. Breakfast, architecture, decor, bathroom & staff.

Cons:

My room had a steps from hall to sleeping area which, not being familiar with location of light-switches, could be dangerous in the dark.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir haben uns gut erholt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, besonders die kleinen Extras.
Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal.
Besonders schön war der umgebaute Tresorraum!
Na ja, die tolle Lage des Hotels nicht zu vergessen.
Das war unsere zweiter Aufenthalt dort und wahrscheinlich auch nicht der letzte.

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

Mooi hotel, teleurstellende service
Pros:

Mooi interieur en goede locatie, lekker bed.

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast van een intern mechanisme. Het hotel is ervan op de hoogt, maar doet er niks aan. Na klagen werd “het” (er werd niet gezegd wat het harde piep- en kraakgeluid veroorzaakte) om 1:30u in de nacht uitgeschakeld. Om 6u begon het weer. Bij uitchecken aangegeven, maar er kwam niet eens een excuus.

Wir waren enttäuscht.
Pros:

Frühstück war toll.
Design ist ansprechend, leider schon etwas abgenutzt.
Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum.

Cons:

Zimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet: kein Schrank vorhanden, nur ein Kleiderständer mit vier Bügeln für zwei Personen, nur ein Sessel für zwei Personen und winzig kleine Nachtische. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, große Staubflocken am Boden. Am ersten Tag gar kein Housekeeping Service, Reaktion der Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin: „Sorry“ - sonst nichts!

Sehr schönes Stadthotel, super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, schönes Zimmer (vor allem das Bad ist sehr modern und praktisch), perfekte Lage, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet

Cons:

Es gibt NICHTS, was mir negativ aufgefallen wäre!
