Excellent hotel, amazing staff!
Pros:

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Clean and lounge area was perfect. The outside fire pit was such a nice touch.

good facilities excellent staff
Pros:

excellent location and the staff was extremely helpful. Desk manager went above and beyond by printing out directions to a local facility. The room was excellent.

Convenient For Our One Night Stay
Pros:

Hotel is attractive. Our room was comfortable. Conveniently located near major intersection. Be aware that traffic is heavy and moves at speed for exiting or re-entering property.

Cons:

The bathroom had not been fully cleaned. Tissues weren't stocked. Commode was dirty.

They need to get the cleaners to do a better job in the rooms. Especially the bathroom.
Pros:

For the price we paid for one night you would think they would have cleaner rooms. Our shower had mold are the shower bottom. The bathroom floor had dirt and hair in the corners and the mirror in our room was smeared with something from someone that stayed before us.

Pros:

I have stayed here a few times for work travel. It is a fairly comfortable stay, and one of the better of the limited local options. The staff is friendly.

Cons:

The Wifi is typically mediocre and the hotel is outdated. The breakfast could be improved, in comparison to some of the other Holiday Inn Expresses that I have frequented.

My stay experience
Pros:

Great location and wasn't far from our event and there was so much to explore while in the area.

Cons:

There was no King available so we had to go with a double queen room. That really wouldn't have been an issue but because we were celebrating our anniversary and it not being comfortable for us both to be in a queen together, that kinda put a damper on things. I would prefer a walk in shower that is not only available in the handicap suite. For breakfast, I would prefer scrambled eggs over the omelets that were offered.

Pros:

Joel checked us in, and he was fabulous. Very personable and professional. Our room was spacious and tidy. The only complaint was the noise from the top floor as well as from the highway. Otherwise, everything was terrific. We'd stay here again.
