Ms Hang, Chi, and Dieu are really friendly with guest.
True hospitality at its finest. The culinary experience was exceptional, with breakfast, conference tea breaks, lunch and dinner all beautifully executed. The “insider experience” was a highlight, especially the opportunity to enjoy a variety of authentic Vietnamese coffee during the tea breaks.
The room offered a stunning view and was impeccably clean. Thoughtful touches such as the turn-down service, amenities, and fresh roses made the stay even more special.I truly loved every detail.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Hanoi. While the hotel is located a bit further from the Old Quarter, the vibrant and bustling atmosphere is very much part of the city’s charm. Coming from a developing country, I could appreciate that the lively energy particularly the endless stream of motorbikes—is simply part of Hanoi’s unique culture .Traveling to Hanoi or anywhere in Vietnam is an incredibly worthwhile experience, rich in culture and discovery.

We were scammed by a different so called 5 star hotel, so we checked out early and checked into the intercontinental. This hotel was great and actually a 5 star- clean, comfy, staff were courteous and the best was the breakfast, such a variety!
The location is far from the old town and tourist sites but we were fine with getting a grab in the morning, spending time in the main touristy area and then returning in the evening.
I had a very pleasant stay at the InterContinental Hanoi. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with beautiful views and great amenities. The view was just amazing. 63rd floor, WOW something new and we don't have in Fiji :).
Overlooking the busy day and light life of Hanoi. The location is excellent — peaceful and convenient for getting around the city. The staff provided outstanding service throughout the stay, always friendly, professional, and helpful. Also, the facilities provided, was just great, Spa, the Pool and Sauna. Cleanliness was maintained to a high standard in both the rooms and common areas. The hotel was surprisingly quiet and relaxing, making it easy to rest well.

Simply perfect, the level of hospitality was just wonderful. I was there for a conference and had a wonderful time. The room is spacious, the amenities are absolutely luxurious but the staff makes the whole difference. From the concierge to reception, the restaurant staff, and everyone was so hospitable and helpful. The speed of service is unmatched. Thank you everyone!

From the moment I arrived, I had such a great stay at InterContinental Landmark72 Hanoi.
The service really stood out, warm, attentive and always genuine without feeling over the top. The front office team deserves a special shoutout; they were so well-mannered, welcoming and helpful from check-in all the way through my stay. Honestly, everywhere I went in the hotel, the staff were friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience feel very comfortable and easy.
The room was spotless and very well maintained, clean, comfortable and a really nice space to come back to after a long day. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything in perfect condition.
Food-wise, I was impressed... Both breakfast and lunch were excellent. There was a great selection, everything was fresh and you could really tell there was attention to quality. From local dishes to international options, it never felt repetitive and there was always something to look forward to. It definitely made a difference to my stay I honestly couldn’t get enough, even on the morning I had to leave.
All in all, it’s the little things done really well that made this stay special. Big kudos to the entire team for such a memorable experience. Would definitely love to come back again.

Room is very clean. Staff were very polite, friendly, attentive service and well spoken English. The lounge staff name was Chau Dieu and Check in staff name Lan Dieu.
We had a wonderful experience at Stella Teppanyaki, thanks to Chef Lâm. The food was top quality—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared right in front of us.
What made the evening truly special was Chef Lâm’s kindness and attentiveness. We were dining with a child and a pregnant woman, and he went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of.
Great food, great service, and a warm, thoughtful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I asked a staff Hong to find out more about Vietnam and she shared her personal experiences and recommendations with me. Her hospitality and enthusiasms were clearly demonstrated. I had a wonderful evening because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the team of staff at Club Intercontinental. Being first time in Hanoi, that experience gave me a good impression of Hanoi because of these wonderful people.
My group of 4 had a 3-day vacation at this hotel. The rooms were extremely quiet, well appointed, and with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were superb, with a great soaking tub that a few of us used more than once.
