Nice hotel while passing through to New Orleans
Pros:

Room was spotless and very well equipped.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Bed was comfortable and sheets were extremely soft.

Cons:

Room service menu in room was not accurate. Restaurant advertised happy hour but in reality there was no happy hour. Also, hotel advertised EV charging but it was actually in the adjoining public garage.

I recommend the Hotel Indigo in KC. The location was perfect for walking or taking the tram.
Pros:

The front desk staff members were very helpful. Whenever we asked a question, they were friendly and informative.

The air conditioning in the lobby was very very cold for us!

Excellent accommodations with great breakfast!
Pros:

Great location. Paid parking right next door if you choose not to use valet. Everything about the facility was lovely and clean. The breakfast was really great and worth the extra $30 we paid.

Great hotel and fun city to explore
Pros:

The property is close to lots of dining and entertainment. It is also close to the streetcar which took us to the river market and the country club plaza very easily and quickly. Just a great place to stay for location and the hotel itself.

Everything was so nice! The gentleman from behind the desk that checked us in actually walked with us all the way to the district to show us how to get there. It was very kind of him!

I stayed the night with my girlfriend and we had an amazing time.

We loved the general field of the hotel. The lobby was very welcoming. We liked that there was a little section for dogs. Also, our room was very spacious. We loved our whole experience.

Pros:

The best hotel breakfast I’ve had in the USA. Served and fresh. King suite was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and accessible. Very nice. Walking distance to the cross mall.

Duchados del baño muy incómodo y no tienen caja fuerte en habitación, cuando consulte me dijeron que no tenían. Personal del front desk poco servicial. Muy mal servicio.
