Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans downtown et tout peut facilement se faire à pied ou par tram.

Cons:

Si vous avez le sommeil léger et si vous pouvez, évitez le 2ème étage car plutôt bruyant avec la machine à glaçons, la roomservices et les salles de réunions.

Hotel was beautiful,clean & in a very nice location. Was easy to get around downtown KC without using our vehicle...streetcar goes all over the area!

We will be staying here again, and looking up the other Indigos for travel.
Pros:

The food was great. The server/chef were amazing. Phillip the chef was also our waiter at one point, plus our chef. Craving the grilled zucchini bread! "Green" was great too. Helpful and attentive.
Desk staff were superior.
We didnt use valet but they were always at the door.
It was close to everything we wanted to see.

Cons:

My husband wanted better water pressure.

Pros:

This was a very nice hotel and close to everything.

Cons:

The restaurant hours was not convenient for the guest. This was Christmas day and we had to walk to a different hotel and got lunch and drinks since the hotel bar was not open before the football game that evening.

Great location for T-Mobile Center
Pros:

Rooms are spacious and comfortable

Cons:

Valet said it was open at 7am. We left at 8:30 and requested our vehicle. No valet stand and it took 30 min to get my truck.
