Short and marvellous stay at this gorgeous Hotel!!
Pros:

I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and happy to be there. It’s a gorgeous hotel and the room was honestly just so beautiful!!! The staff is wonderful and warm. The location is very central: short walk to the Duomo di Milano, shopping, restaurants, public transport etc. I loved the turn down service and the option to order breakfast in the room!! So thoughtful and so nice! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and also to book it again on my next Milano adventure!

Ein Hotel, in das man sehr gern wieder kommt und das man auch sehr gern weiterempfiehlt

Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
Geschmackvoll gestaltetes Zimmer mit sehr schöner Terrasse

Cons:

Wie in fast allen Hotels weltweit, könnte die Bedienung der Dusche etwas logischer sein ;)

Pretty poor, especially considering that I paid almost €300 for the room.
Pros:

I liked the central location

Cons:

The room was small, the bathroom quite dated. In addition the room was on the ground floor opposite to the parking of a private residence and hotel storage room was beside my room.
As a result, noise started early in the morning and at 5am had to wake up.

Pros:

All of the hotel staff treated us in the best way possible. The hotel was close to the shopping areas and very central. It definetly deserves 5 stars because of the excellence in service and hospitality.

L'hotel colpisce subito per il buon gusto degli arredi e uno stile moderno davvero accattivante, che crea un'atmosfera fresca e piacevole. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo neo, alcune rifiniture meriterebbero un pizzico di attenzione in più per essere all'altezza del design generale, ma nel complesso l'impatto estetico è notevole.

Cons:

Nota negativa per il servizio bagagli: dover trascinare le valigie dal parcheggio all'hotel senza alcun supporto è inaccettabile. Un vero peccato, perché il resto della vacanza meritava di più, ma la comodità dovrebbe essere una priorità sin dall'arrivo
