Cudowny pobyt z widokiem z 15 piętra
Pros:

Kolejna wizyta w tym hotelu, tym razem w większym pokoju.
Świetna lokalizacja, blisko znajdują się dworzec, Pałac Kultury i masa przeróżnych przystanków tramwajowych, autobusowych i metro.
Najważniejsza rzecz, to naprawdę wspaniała, pomocna i przemiła obsługa.
W hotelu jest jasno i przestronnie.
Wygodne łóżka, czysta i przyjemna pościel. Przestronna łazienka, czyste ręczniki i zestaw wspaniałych kosmetyków (mydło, szampon, odżywka do włosów i balsam do ciała).
Jest również czajnik, a w niektórych pokojach również ekspres do kawy na kapsułki.
Dla mnie dużym plusem jest możliwość otwarcia okien (uchylne), by wpuścić świeże powietrze lub przewietrzyć pokój.
W pokojach dostępna jest woda (gazowana i niegazowana), kawa (rozpuszczalna z saszetki lub kapsułki, jeśli jest ekspres) i herbata w torebkach.
Taka niefortunna rzecz się przytrafiła, że telewizor w sypialni miał problemy z połączeniem. Zgłosiliśmy ten fakt, zaproponowano nam nowy pokój, jednakże byliśmy już rozpakowani, więc nie chciało nam się zbierać rzeczy. Dałam zielone światło, że śmiało może jakiś technik wejść do pokoju pod naszą nieobecność i sprawdzić łącze (ewidentnie to było coś z połączeniem), ale kilka dni przypominania o tym nie poskutkowało przyjściem technika ;) Nie czepiam się, bo w końcu zaproponowano nam wymianę pokoju, ale pewnie wystarczyło tylko docisnąć kabelek, a że telewizor zamocowany w ścianie, to nie chcieliśmy sami tego ogarniać :) Na szczęście ten w drugim pokoju działał :)

Cons:

Kawa w pokoju :) Kawa z torebki czy z kapsułki jest niestety niesmaczna, zwłaszcza w porównaniu z kawą w barze na dole, która jest bardzo dobra. Jeśli ktoś lubi dobrą kawę, to nie polecam tej w pokoju ;)
I jeszcze jedna drobna rzecz. Hotel ma zasadę, że jeśli się wywiesi hotelowy woreczek na klamce (niepotrzebne sprzątanie), to wtedy nikt nie wchodzi tego dnia do pokoju. Co za tym idzie, woda czy herbata nie są uzupełniane. Każdego dnia, po powrocie do hotelu, musieliśmy prosić o wodę i herbatę, bo wypijaliśmy dzienną rację. Nie było problemu z dostaniem tych produktów, ale trzeba było o tym pamiętać :) Myślę, że sprzątanie a uzupełnianie wody czy herbaty, to jednak dwie różne rzeczy i można by to jakoś rozdzielić :) To taka sugestia, bo i tak miło było codziennie pogawędzić z cudowną obsługą :)

Przy rezerwacji niepełnego wyżywienia, gdzie na bookingu jest podane,że dzieci mają darmowe wyżywienie, zarządano od nas opłaty serwisowej dla córki z uwagi na to że wybrała z menu dla dorosłych ,gdzie i tak dodatkowo zapłaciliśmy za zamówienie, okrojone menu śniadaniowe, brak np.parówek,kiełbasek
