The Sheraton Club Lounge is open daily 1pm-9pm. The evening cocktail is currently served in the Club Lounge daily 6pm-8pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The emphasis should be on the attitude towards the customer.
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are nice.

Cons:

The reception staff is incompetent. Problems with payment. They cannot make normal decisions to solve the problem. Constant harassment in my room with letters to come to reception. It is their fault but they bothered me all the time.
