Room was clean, easy access to metro. Breakfast options were nice.
Great
Here for family not shopping.
Good
Clean livable room near a good part of the city.
Everything around this facility is great even an homeless is great but the property which goes under the guise of Hotel is not a hotel at all, its scam hostel or collection of multiple receptions operating with zero refund policy and an ego problem of epic proportions. Look the game that I could understand was this facility offers a quick access to beds in new york vicinity alongside to different places and 3 min walk from Empire state building that line is the actual gimmick, look when you in New York you hardly need rides when you have subways and everything around walking distance, the place has 6 Receptions zero value, everyone hustling their own clients or scamming, we were visited by Lord Bugs and When we reported to the host of mine which was not among those 6 receptions in the hostel building, She insulted shouted exact words get use to it and gave credentials of Top Bug contractor of the city took care of the building and you all know the state of new york and bugs go hand in hand. And then very conveniently day later someone went through my stuff and luggage when we were not in the room luckily, how do I know it because I found 2 laundry cards in the room one in the bag and one under the bed. Now you would say you should have report it but to whom apparently all of those receptions downstairs total six mind me and none of it was my host’s And on top of it my 9 month baby got extreme rashes from a bug bites I spent 3000 dollars on this sheet. Wish hd Spent elsewhere
Very New York style. Not big but enough space for our family. Walkable to many locations for a reasonable price.
Was a decent place
The windows are not sound proof. So you can hear all the noise outside.
Read my reaponse. Terrible and unthoughtful
Listen the reviews are probably right when they talk about how bad it is here. The staff doesnt really care about you and there is a ridiculously high property tax aswell as daily taxes you can only pay in cash for. That being said if you do everything right and act accordingly (no guests no arguing) youll be just fine. That being said you can probably get a real hotel with a private bathroom for the same price in the same part of town.
Pretty good place to go to vacation with my family,
I will reserve again next time
The staff were friendly and the location was great.
Overall experience was very good.
This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this hotel, and both times were perfect especially if you get a room with a private bathroom. The only thing we thought was a little weird was that we had to buy our own toilet paper and garbage bags. It wasn’t a big deal, but for the price we paid, we figured they would at least supply more toilet paper. One roll isn’t enough for four people staying three nights, lol.
Good place really close to the hustle and bustle of downtown. We were able to walk just about everywhere. It was small but clean.
I have to reserve double because they cancelled my first reservation telling me I arrived after checkin hour, I arrived around 2am because a flight delay and long rows in airport customs, I have to sleep in a bench with my wife and kid because at that hour there wasn´t anybody that can help, finally when I can talk to someone a lady called Eliza told me they have cancelled my 9 day reservation because I arrived past checkin hour, that I have to pay again with no reimbursement, I have to paid again to have a place to stay during my visit to NY, beware of this property, they said the system automatically cancelled the reservation when there wasn´t any electronic registration available at front desk, their "system" is a bunch of envelopes with the names of the guests and physical keys in them. Air condition machines are poor installed so they have gaps with the wall that permit sound to enter the room so loud noise enter, share bathroom is not always clean, showers have no place to put anything (soap, shampoo, towel) it´s very uncomfortable, I wouldn´t recommend this place. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that is very well located.
Stink towels & blankets and they dont change them after each guest use them . Only good thing is tbe AC works well apart the entire building is STINK ,
Bedding is disgusting , stink pillows, stink towels old & Rageddy
For the price and location you really can’t beat it. One key was annoying since there were three of us and you needed it to get back in to the room after going to the bathroom
The worst hotel I have ever stayed
