Wonderful friendly staff, terrific hotel.
Pros:

Hotel Stella Bella was fantastic. We messaged for pick up at the bus station and was met by the staff right on time. This saved us from having to carry all our luggage to the hotel. The front desk was very helpful throughout our 9 night stay. They arranged taxi rides when we could not get an uber, they made reservations at the sushi restaurant in Happa One. They went above the level of service to get us to the bus stop on two consecutive days. Once for the monkey park and once for our return trip to Nagano. We loved the breakfast and the dinner. We also enjoyed the onsen every night and did the private one too. I would highly recommend this hotel. We also enjoyed the ski storage so it was easy to store our skis and boots in the locker room.

Cons:

Everything was very nice and the service was exceptional.

Perfect location and amazing place to stay
Pros:

Perfect location a very short walk to the bottom of the Goryu lifts. Facilities were amazing and staff were very accommodating and so kind. Would definitely come back and stay here

Great location, comfortable rooms and big beds!

We loved the location of the hotel being so close to the ski lift. We also loved the furnishing of the room.

Excellent facilities and lovely staff
Pros:

This is a family run business with really helpful staff. The Stelle Grille was fantastic with a 5 star menu and 5 star service. A wide variety of dishes on the menu including vegetarian options.

Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff, very good restaurant, very good location.
The food is so good! The space, though, would deserve a little bit of re-design to make it a proper restaurant. One or two more Japanese options on the evening menu would also be very nice.

Les recomiendo quedarse en este hotel, es completo, cómodo y el personal es muy amable y tienen ganas de ayudarte a esta
Pros:

Todo. La ubicación es buenisima (100/120 mts de la aerosilla, 50 mts de rental de equipos).El desayuno increible (muy completo y calidad de comida y bebida buenisima). La habitación doble es muy cómoda (con espacio para circular y mesita con sillas para sentarse comodos), y las vistas a la montaña son perfectas.
Hay un restaurante dentro del hotel (muy importante a la hora de la cena sobre todo). Y varios restaurantes de comida japonesa (y no japonesa) dentro de los 300 mts.
Hay onsen (privado y publico, aceptan tatuajes en ambos), hay lockers para guardar equipos de ski/snowboard, hay maquinas expendedoras en el subsuelo, y también laundry.

Cons:

Nada, realmente es excepcional.
