Vị trí thuận tiện, nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Hy vọng hotel thay mới toàn bộ dép nhà tắm sang dép xốp. Dép nhựa lỗ hiện tại đi rất bẩn chân và gây khó chịu

Pros:

We came in the middle of the night at 3am and receptionist was there waiting for us so it was really nice! The reception is 24h so if you coming by night bus it really helps. We received also free waters. Room was clean and big with nice bathroom (toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel etc. was there). Air conditioning and fan. We stayed only one night so it’s hard to say something about location, but we had no problem reaching this place by the Grab.

This hotel is on a side road of a busy road with an unassuming reception, but don’t let that put you off.
Walk a few minutes and you are amongst lovely shops cafes and restaurants (and very expensive hotels where people will be paying money for the same area)
You are round the corner from the American Embassy and the area has a bit of an ex-pat feel to it. It is more relaxing than the noise and hassle of the Old Town
The rooms are well built and everything works and is very quiet
The mattress was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on (including my one at home)

Pros:

The room had nowhere to put my clothes and had to live out of my suitcase for 3 nights. They completely ignored the do not clean room sign on the door handle every day. The area around it has nothing to offer and walking anywhere was treacherous with no sidewalk or shoulder on the street. It was clean and comfortable, but I wouldn't stay there again
