ドーソン地区で唯一の星3ホテルだと思い予約しました。
テト期間だからかお客さんはほぼいなかったのですが客室が良くなかった。
シャワーは水圧という概念も出ないほど弱く水漏れしておりまともに入れず
この部屋がたまたまという可能性はありますが星3ホテルの気持ちで行くと後悔します。
もちろん値段は安いので相応という気もしますがこれなら適当な近隣のニャギに泊まった方が諦めも着いたような気がします。

早餐需要常改變菜單，還有飯店的wifi 經常無法連。
ホテル自体は申し分ないほど快適だけど周りに何もなくて不便でした。
周りに何も無く不便ですが、ホテル自体はサービスも良くて快適でした。特に従業員の方々が親切でとてもイメージ良いですよ。
飯店整體來說很好，房間很大，附近的店家東西很貴，直接在飯店吃比較省錢。
No complaints about the hotel, except English lacking. My complaint was that I booked an extra room for my fiance's parents. When we arrived, we told the desk that unfortunately her parents were ill and couldn't make it. We asked for a refund, and was told NO. We asked if we could have the credit applied to our meals, and they said NO. So, it was not a nice goodwill gesture on their part. For this reason, I would NOT recommend the hotel.
浴室有怪味道
飯店服務還不錯，服務人員很親切
Manager lied and said they would pick us up in Halong Bay. After we waited for half an hour I called and he said that he was too busy and to catch a cab. It was a hard and expensive process to find a cab to drive us over two hours to this hotel in the middle of nothing. And even worse, it wasn’t busy; it was only our family of four in a hotel with one hundred rooms. Seriously. We finally saw ONE other guest at breakfast. There are many reasons it is empty. Construction started at six am, room was dirty, no amenities, didn’t help us with the bags, didn’t have the buffet breakfast. The experience was terrible. It’s a pretty hotel but dirty and staff with no training and a manager who lies and doesn’t care about you.
Thank you Ninh for everything. We had an issue and Ninh was with us in every moment for many hours until she knew we were ok. She bring me my luggage to Haiphong city in order not to return to thehotel. I will be very grateful with she forever.
Stay for two nights in this brand new hotel on the beach
A bit away from everything but the area is nice and quiet. Very nice and friendly staffs. Limited choice of breakfast but this is more due to the low season so there aren't many customers.
