A very average hotel, reasonable value for money but a bit far from the centre. The staff were not very proactive and did not have a customer focus..

Pros:

Bathrooms in horrible condition: low quality products, leaking, no shower water barrier.
Family suite has loud mechanical noise emanating from roof outside window. Had to switch to other suite. Windows falling apart. One small TV for whole suite.

Pros:

We went there a s a group of friends to have beach activities. Location was amazing surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

I recommend it to everyone specially for those who have their own transport.

Bad experiences
Pros:

Location was good. Customer services is poor. Team at reception hardly understand English. Lift was malfunctioned once I was using. I tried calling at reception from my room, nobody takes a call. Room lock was not working properly - caused inconvenience. Bad smell in toilet.
