雖然老闆英文不太好，但他卻願意聽我們的心聲來做改變。如提早到，提早讓我們入住讓我們休息；房間太吵，老闆馬上幫我們換房間；房間很熱，去買電風扇來裝；要叫隔天的計程車，老闆有幫忙安排，而且計程車還提早到 。
在葡萄樹庭園下的早餐很美味。
雖然老闆不算熱忱，但是需求都有達到，很感激。所以kaş那家被我跟媽媽批評的民宿，可想而知有多差。

The hotel is in the Ottoman style of the area. The welcome at check-in was perfect and the service was great throughout our stay. We had a corner room which was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and although the bathroom was small it was adequate with a powerful shower. The Turkish breakfast had a good variety of fresh dishes and was plentiful. Our room was next to the road and we could hear the traffic passing by, however it did not disturb us. We found the location of the hotel was perfect for the old town with just a short walk to the heart of the area.

Family friendly atmosphere. Excellent service . Helpful staff. Clean room. Easy to park if you have a rented car. The manager Aydin was vey helpfull and caring. Tatsy turkish coffee and delicious presentable breakfast that we like to take in the garden. The mansion is small located in Safranbolu with two floor with Easy access to all museums. The mansion is beautiful wodden mansion typical to all Safranbolu houses . We did like the authentic heritiage of the mansion. Our main consern is the small toilet yet clean. I will go back again if i have another trip to The area. I stongly recommend.

Staying in this hotel is not just something ordinary. It is a contact with the traditional way of life of people who lived here a hundred years ago. But at the same time, in maximum comfort in the modern sense. For visiting such a historical place as Safranbolu, this hotel is a very worthy part of such a trip.

伝統的な木組みの家に泊まることができました。
オーナーはとても親切で、私たちは夜中に着いたのですが、お部屋を用意して待っていてくれました。
朝食は別料金ですけど、その価値があるほど美味しかった。
旧市街のジンジハンへは歩いて5分です。
シャワーは簡素ですが、温度と水量は充分でした。

Great hospitality! Aydin, the owner of the hotel, prepared a really great breakfast for us, family of 7, a long spread of good food prepared by himself before we continue on our road trip. The hotel was just a short walk to the mosque and shops. Easy parking for our 9-seater. The hotel has 3 levels, you have to climb up the stairs. Our family room was at the attic, the ceiling has nice wood carving, the beds are soft and comfortable, the toilet was clean and decent. Although the walls are thin but to be in a place knowing that the building has been there for years since during the Ottoman era, the experience is speechless.

AYDIN was amazing. everything was perfect.

Akşam geç giriş yaptım girişteki beyefendi çok kibar ve yardımcı oldu. Odalar temiz ve düzenli idi. Sabah kalktık çıktık. Benim için yeterli idi. Konum olarak eksi olan yol araç sesleri gelmekte

150 yıllık bir konakta kalma deneyimi yaşayacağınız, tertemiz ve otantik odalari, güleryüzlü hizmetiyle memnun kalacağınız harika bir otel. Ayrıca kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi.

Konum olarak eski çarşının yanıbaşında eski bir konak. Klasik safranbolu evlerini gezerken, aynı güzellikte bir yapıda konaklamak, yürüdüğünüz koridorların ve çıktığınız merdivenlerin gıcırdaması, yoğun ahşap kokusu size dönemin atmosferini yaşatıyor. Kahvaltısına denk gelmedik, yorum yapamam.
Kar kış kıyamet bir dönemde konakladığımız için yoğunluk yoktu, otopark sorunu yaşamadık. -8 derece soğukta bile konak gayet sıcaktı. Eğer tarihi bir gezi amacıyla gidilecekse kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.
