Alles war top, jedoch bekommt das Hotel ein Punkt abzug, da unser zimmer nie sauber gemacht wurde.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und professionell.

Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt.

Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Sie ist klein und überschaubar. Genau das, was wir wollten. Zu Fuß kommt man gut zum Strand und zu diversen Restaurants.

Arkadaşım ile beraber 3 gece konakladık. Çalışanların hepsi çok mütevaziydi. Temizlik ve kahvaltıda yeterli geldi bize. Tekrar gidersem yine bu oteli tercih edebilirim.

Hizmet kalitesi sıfır. Otel güzel ama yazık etmişler. Şimdiye kadar konakladığım en kötü hizmet kalitesine sahip otel. Müşteri memnuniyeti berbat

4 kız arkadaş konakladık. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle resepsiyonda çalışan Ulus’a 7/24 bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda ulaşabiliyorduk. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağım.

Son konaklamamızda bu muazzam otelde geçirdiğimiz deneyim, unutulmaz anılara dönüştü. Otel, şıklığıyla ve konforuyla baştan çıkarıcıydı. Odaların temizliği ve düzeni, konforlu yataklar ve modern olanaklar, konaklamamızı lüks kılan unsurlardı. Ayrıca, otel personelinin samimiyeti ve profesyonelliği, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissetmemizi sağladı. Restoranında lezzetli yemekler ve özenli servis de unutulmaz kıldığı anılarımız arasında yer alacak. Bu oteli tercih etmek, mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamak anlamına geliyor. Aile, çift, arkadaş grubu yada tek olarak gidilebilir. Odaları çok alternatifli, şık ve orjinaldi. Teşekkürler!

This hotel is run by inexperienced and indifferent management who have no idea what is going on in their own hotel. At first glance, you see the laundry area which is next to the reception and overflows into the tiny office(there was an iron left on the couch and a stack of sheets). The patchy lawn is unkempt, there are cigarette butts and scraps of trash scattered around and some dirty balls floating in the murky pool. Our room, which supposedly contained a balcony (it was 4 centimeters deep) overlooked the noisy laundry area. There were no proper curtains to block out any light so we were up at 7am. When we informed the receptionist, she did not bother to change our room, even though there were free rooms. When we informed the manager, he was unaware that there were not blackout curtains in our room. Our room was never cleaned in the 2 nights we stayed and there was NO WIFI in the room. You had to go to the reception to get Wifi.
We were told breakfast was included and we were served coffee and eggs several times without ever being informed that we had to pay extra for them and when faced with the bill at our departure, the manager told us that it was our fault for not asking. He then confessed that they opened the hotel the same day that they hired their employees and there was no time to train them. I understand that it’s difficult to find employers who speak English but miscommunications can be easily avoided if some things are written out and if menus and price lists are placed in the rooms and in the dining area.
It’s a twenty minute walk to the town and there is nothing of interest in the environs. We’ve stayed in beautiful small hotels within the town before that have excellent service and better prices. There is absolutely no reason to stay in this hotel that is uncomfortable, dirty, far away from everything and staffed with inexperienced and careless employees.

Alacati Bellezza Hotel is a fantastic hotel. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly reception staff / manager Ulus. He was extremely helpful and upgraded our room to a family room number 16 at no extra cost. Thank you Ulus for making our stay better. When you enter the hotel, you notice a really nice style and the smell of cleaning. There is no fridge in the room. Breakfast, which is included in the price, is between 9 and 10:30 and has a good variety. There are fried eggs and honey on ricotta for breakfast. I want to thank Mustafa, Zeynep, Zeliha, Bugra and Ulus's mother who helped in the kitchen. Thank you for your kindness. I 100% recommend the hotel to everyone.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever visited! In fact the cosy atmosphere of the hotel made it feel like home. I loved the high level of cleanliness compared to other hotels I have been to. The staff are very kind and friendly, especially Eray and Burcu. The breakfast is not even up for debate because it is certainly delicious, and the fact that it’s served till 12pm allows you to sleep longer after the late nights. I absolutely loved the interior design of the hotel, it’s so aesthetically pleasing to look at! I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Wir waren in Alacati insgesamt zwei Wochen in drei verschieden Unterkünften. Leider war Bellezza das schlechteste Hotel. Das Zimmer, welches uns zugeteilt wurde, war direkt am Eingang. Man konnte direkt in unser Zimmer einsehen. Trotz Vorhang haben wir uns beobachtet gefühlt. Das Bad hatte immer ein sehr starken Geruch... Nachts konnten wir kaum schlafen. Morgens wurden wir dann von den Hotelgästen „geweckt“.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker. Auch das Personal vor allem der Nachtwächter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im großen und ganzen war es okay, aber für den Preis leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Hotel ist schön und gut, aber die Konkurrenz ist besser.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great, 15 min walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the city center. Local buses come up and down the street frequently. The main town itself is colorful and lively, I hope to come back and visit again!

We stayed at Bellezza Hotel for 12 nights in July 2019 and we loved it. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast in the garden by the pool, after which we had all the energy we needed to explore Cesme and Alacati. After a long day at the beach, we would return to our room, which was kind of smaller but quite cosy, and, most importantly, pretty clean. Also, it had all the necessary facilities. If I had one objection to the room, it would be that it should have a bigger closet, for people who are staying longer, as we did. It does not have a balcony, but you can spend your evenings in a beautiful l garden in front of Bellezza Hotel. It is very peaceful and comfortable. That is, of course, if you are not spending them in gorgeous Alacati city center, which is only about 3 minutes drive from the hotel (you can take the local minibus - dolmus, it stops anywhere you need, and is very cheap). I do believe that location is one of the biggest advantages of Bellezza Hotel, because it is also a 3 minutes ride to Ilica city beach (very beautiful, though quite windy). And last, but certainly not least, the host was super, super friendly, spoke excellent English, offered the best advice and was in general always very pleasant and helpful. He suggested a really peaceful and beautiful beach to us, helped us arrange transportation to and from the beach, and finally to the airport in Izmir. I would recommend Bellezza Hotel to anyone, even for a longer stay.

das personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank, manche Medikamente müssen kühl gelagert werden, war hier leider nicht möglich. sonst nichts zu beanstanden..
