O quarto onde ficamos tinha uma praga de mosquitos. Não dissemos nada na primeira noite, mas na segunda noite tivemos de ir reclamar.

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia no The Prime Energize Hotel & SPA. Todo o staff foi cinco estrelas, sempre simpático, atencioso e disponível, recebendo os clientes com um sorriso no rosto.
Realizei duas massagens linfáticas com a Sofia e não poderia ter ficado mais satisfeita. O preço pareceu-me perfeitamente normal para o serviço prestado, mas aquilo que mais se destacou foram as mãos de fada da Sofia. Foi uma experiência verdadeiramente relaxante e muito agradável.
O pequeno almoço era excelente, muito variado e de grande qualidade. Também apreciámos bastante as refeições no hotel. A equipa da limpeza merece igualmente cinco estrelas pelo cuidado e profissionalismo demonstrados.
A piscina exterior, a piscina interior e o SPA, de utilização gratuita, são muito agradáveis e proporcionam excelentes momentos de descanso. O hotel também dispõe de ginásio gratuito.
O nosso quarto tinha uma vista maravilhosa, sobretudo ao final do dia, quando conseguíamos apreciar um pôr do sol lindíssimo.
Os funcionários da receção foram sempre simpáticos, embora, por vezes, parecessem um pouco mais distraídos. Ainda assim, a experiência global foi muito positiva.
Foi uma estadia muito agradável, num ambiente acolhedor e tranquilo. Recomendamos e esperamos regressar!
Alguns guarda sóis da piscina exterior encontravam-se danificados e, em determinados períodos, a piscina ficava com demasiadas pessoas, o que retirava alguma tranquilidade ao espaço.

Sala de refeições muito pequena para o movimento em causa , serviço de cafe por maquina selfservice muito defeciente obrigando os clientes a estarem em filas.Hotel com 4 estrelas muito debéis.
A localização é ótima e o staff muito atencioso e organizado. O pequeno almoço é realmente bom, tem boa variedade e tudo muito bem confeccionado!
