Comfortable, relaxing stay at this lovely hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to shops, bars and restaurants but still peaceful.
We were warmly greeted on arrival, it was nice to sit down on comfy seats at Reception. Our room was ready for us, so check in went smoothly.
The room was really lovely, clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, and the bathroom a good shower, a bidet, toiletries and a hairdryer. There was under sink storage too.
There was a safe in the room, plenty of space in the wardrobe and drawers for clothes and we had a decent sized balcony with chairs and a table.
There were plenty of choices for delicious breakfasts and all the team were very friendly and helpful.
The rooftop pool and bar area was great, with fantastic views and we enjoyed cocktails and wine up there.
We didn't use the spa or gym, but was good to know they were there and looked like there were some really good treatments and packages available.
It was a pleasant walk to the beautiful beach, which wasn't far away.
Only a couple of things that we felt could be improved, it would have been nice to have a bath in the bathroom and also the surface of the desk was scuffed and needed painting or replacing.
We tried to book a table in the restaurant for our first night there, we were told it was fully booked but it didn't seem full when we saw it at different points of the night.
We didn't try and book again, but there were plenty of great choices in town to eat, so it was ok but it would have been nice to eat there as I had read really good reviews of the food.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again though, it was our first ever visit to Portugal and so glad we chose this resort and The Prime Energize.

Comida com bastante qualidade e sempre com opção saudável (tinha pensão completa).

Cons:

O serviço durante o pequeno-almoço e o jantar não era fantástico apesar de alguns funcionários esforçados. Alguns funcionários não se equiparam à qualidade do hotel/comida pelo que o serviço em horas de ponta tem algumas dificuldades.
