Good stay for a night or two.
Pros:

It was practically next door to the Anshutz hospital- which was the whole reason we were there.
The mobility accessible room was nice and roomy and as represented in the photos.
The price was under $100 for a night.
Beds were comfy.

Cons:

The couch needed some cleaning attention and the pull out couch was horrendous- so my mom just asked for some extra sheets and slept on top of the couch… The sheets given did have some big stains on them😅

The tv was small and a little off center from the beds but it was a double bed and pull out couch room so that’s hard to accommodate and we weren’t there to watch TV anyways…

We managed with this location we made it to our important appointments
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The surrounding area / location very glummy dingy.
The stairway had a really bad odor of pet urine unfortunately.. We love pets..however a pet owner did not take proper care.

It was a bed to sleep in and I was tired. If you can’t find anywhere else, it will do.
Pros:

It was the only hotel available at 1am after a cancelled flight at DIA.

Cons:

There was no climate control in the room and WiFi didn’t work. There was broken Sheetrock and molding in the hallway and there was only 1 person working.

We did NOT stay because they didn't respect our reservation and gave the room to someone else.
Pros:

The staff was visibly upset for us for our situation, and did try to accommodate us at 3:30AM upon arrival but the hotel was in active reconstruction and he couldn't help us.

Cons:

The lobby was dirty with old visibly worn furniture. The hallways were also very worn and dirty. The one room we were shown was under construction.

Not customer friendly and location was sketchy.
Pros:

Close to location I needed

Cons:

Electrical outlets broken behind bedside stand. Dogs barking in trailer court, no private parking as promised and worst of all I can’t get a receipt for the stay. Now they won’t even answer the phone.

Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with a good location.

I liked that the property was conveniently located near Sable and Colfax, making it easy to get around and access nearby restaurants and businesses

Pros:

The room was huge! And it was so clean. Breakfast was awesome as well

Cons:

Bath tub drain was clogged. So water wasnt draining. Also, no hot tub, and no designated seating or smoking area outside.
