Overall a decent hotel
Cons:

There was no shampoo in the bathroom, and the water was not hot enough in the shower and there were no tissues in the tissue box.

We loved the service, the workers were all amazing and nice. The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The pillows were FLAT. It was like sleeping without one. The pullout couch was terrible. The mattress was super flat and you could feel the springs like if it was just a blanket covering it. Also when booking online, it gave me the option to choose an extra bed/or crib. You get 1 free one. I chose to get one bc my kids like sleeping in separate beds. I called to get one once we made it to our room and they told me they don't have rollaway beds or cots or even moveable beds. She asked me didn't I have a pull out couch. I told her that the website asked if I wanted an extra bed. She said she doesn't have them. I would have booked a different room with 2 beds and a pullout couch had it not said I could get an extra bed brought to my room.

Other than this all workers including her were really nice. The breakfast was delicious. And the staff were really nice to our kids.

I attached a photo of the options on the website. Then I attached a photo of the details of my stay on the app. Which I chose yes and put my 10 year old, which it doesn't show the full details of everything I filled out.

Only 1 elevator of 3 was working and time to get to and from your room to the lobby was long depending on specific times of day. The couch in my room was gross and was not utilized due to how dirty it was.

very nice stay, great location, easy parking , very good breakfast.
Pros:

parking on site { $20/day tho :( }, lobby was clean, breakfast had variety of foods, coffee was good :), room was clean, large , sofa bed was fairly comfortable , close to Publix grocery , central location

Cons:

only miss was cushions on sofa couch in room was dirty with spots, the mattress was clean tho :)

Pros:

Convenience to our UAB appointment !! Breakfast was good Staff was friendly

Cons:

Loved everything except the cleanliness of the room and hallway.
Hair on the shower wall and in the bathroom sink. The hallway definitely needed to be vaccumed, candy wrappers & Straw covers and mustard packets on the floor for both days.
We ask one of the housekeepers next door. could we have two more coffee packets, and she told my husband, "We don't have coffee makers in these rooms" She might have been new?? Very happy with the stay otherwise !!
