The location.

Cons:

Property is very run down. The very bare minimum in the room. Hugh gap (2 inches) under the room door. We had to stuff towels under it to keep out bugs and whatever. Very noisy. We don't recommend this place.

There was no breakfast. The location is kind of sketchy but it was surprisingly quiet. The space was adequate. The shower pressure was strong and great hot water.

Cons:

The microwave did not work. The room smelled like someone was smoking different drugs inside. The table had burns all over it. The bathtub had mold and burns on it. The air conditioner blew a nasty smell out. There was sketchy people all around. The blankets had holes in them and the pillows smelt dirty.
