Rimelig, greit alternativ
Pros:

Greit og sentralt beliggende. Leilighet i 17. et med noe utsikt og lite støy. Rimelig greit renhold. God seng. Toalettsaker besto av dusjsåpe, håndsåpe og en rollon(!). Null toalettpapir, heller ikke påfyll etter vask og sengetøyskift. AC og takvifte fungerte. Hyggelig resepsjonsbetjening.

Pros:

No room to give customer please don't show still available , book two different hotel but same problem, hotel 1 said electric support problem, hotel 2 said air-condition leaking problem. The things I can't accept is, there was never give any information to me until I reach the hotel .

expediaとしてもしっかり確認していただきたい。ここはホテルではなく民泊です。expediaの予約だけでは決してたどり着けません。メールボックスも壊れていたり、部屋の鍵も壊れていて難儀しました。ただ、これらを含んだ上であれば部屋としてはコストパフォーマンスが高いとは思います。

위치나가격대비 좋은데 룸 청결상태가 아쉽습니다.

여러번 WTE KLCC 에서 숙박했는데 이번에는 너무 실망스럽네요.우선 체크인시간부터 3시 체크인이어서 가방두고 다음일정이 있었는데 도착하니 우편함에. 키가없고 담당자찾아 전화.문자로 이야기한후 청소가 늦게끝났다고 1시간조금넘게 체크인이되었다.
그리고. 들어갔는데 너무 더워 팬을틀었는데 갑자기 날리는 먼지ㅠ 스텐드위.침대헤드에 흰먼지가 날리기시작ㅠ 그래서 보니 작은 소파뒤등 먼지가 엄청많았음
덥지만 팬을끄고 황급히. 외출했다 저녁에 돌아왔는데 입구쪽 거울근처 벽.소파옆 벽 작은 벌래 벼룩같은ㅠ 정말온몸이 가려워지려하는 순간 바닥 벽등 입구쪽 작은 개미..
가방도 열지못하고
4일밤을 있어야했는데 너무 힘들었다
집에와서도 너무 간지러워 병원에 갔는데 bedbug 에 물린것이라고해서 진료받고왔는데 너무 화가나네요.
이숙소는 가족과 정말자주 이용하는곳이었는데 이번룸은 실망스럽습니다,앞으로 청결에 신경을 써주길 바랍니다.

Gute Übernachtungsmoglichkeit in KLCC
Pros:

Gutes Appartement in der guten Umgebung vonKLCC.
Self check unkompliziert.
Alle Einrichtungen des Komplexes können genutzt werden. Schöner Pool mit super Aussicht.
Das Appartement selbst ist an manchen Stellen etwas abgewohnt und könnte an einigen Ecken etwas Auffrischung vertragen (z.B. Küche streichen). Insgesamt war es in einem Zustand der für den gezahlten Preis völlig in Ordnung ist. Die Ausstattung ist gut.
Etwas ärgerlich war, dass das Bett für die in der Buchung angegebene dritte Person nicht vorbereitete war und wir keinen Hinweis hatten wo sich Matratze Bettzeug etc. befindet.
Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft durchaus zu empfehlen.

Pros:

WTE is an agent having rooms in fraser place. There is no staff ..its literally an apartment....but they leave the apartment very clean ,,,u r suppose to take care of drinking water and all if u r staying for more than one day.
Dedicated wifi in room....All utensils cutlery and electronic appliance mentions is present and working.
No disturbance and interference totally home like experience.

WTE Hotel Suites is not a hotel as advertised
Pros:

WTE Hotel Suites KLCC is not a hotel as advertised, it is a service apartment with no services, and they do not have a front desk or housekeeping. I checked in at 10pm(self collect the key at letterbox) and found out that the room is dusty and the bedsheet, pillow case and duvet cover are all dirty, requested to have them change. A young boy in jeans and t-shirt only come the following day 12pm to change the bedsheet and pillow case. But he refused to change the duvet cover because he claimed its still clean. The room is so dusty and he did not bother to vacuum.
Only 1 key is provided for the stay, when i forgot to bring my key, i have to whatsapp call them and it took them 4 hours to have someone to open the door for me.
The whole stay was a disaster.

好的器材美中不足

有點難懂的規則但不能不說設施蠻棒的但wifi之後才給我電視也不能看，有ㄧ段時間很燥鬱還好早上可以去游泳泡澡才消氣

Room was really dusty.
Pros:

Dusty, old foodstuff found under bed, broken radio and rubbish bin in toilet. Parking fee not included. You have to pay on your own. Fee is exorbitant.
Good part of the suite was very close to KLCC. Water pressure was good although on 17 floor.

Suite was a let-out by owner a sort of homestay
Pros:

Disappointed as it was a let out and thus does not form a part of the hotel. Therefore you cannot enjoy the facilities provided by the hotel as I was told over the reception (had to get the keys to the room by yourself from the secured mailbox). Absolutely not family friendly if with small children (need of laundry, room clean service etc).
