De kamer was een beetje klein, maar ik was er maar 2 nachtjes en ik was veel weg, so it was fine :)
Als je kamer aan de weg-kant ligt, dan hoor je het verkeer helaas wel goed.
Ook had ik van tevoren geappt of ik de Booking-deal kon krijgen. Als ik direct via hen book, hoeven ze natuurlijk geen commissie af te dragen. Ik kreeg toen te horen dat dat allemaal goed was en dat de reservering voor mij was gemaakt. Toen ik daar eenmaal aan kwam, bleek de reservering NIET voor mij gemaakt te zijn. Ik moest toen alsnog via Booking boeken. Zij konden de reservering ook wel voor mij doen, maar dan was het duurder. Heel gek.
Blijkbaar was het een trainee die mij te woord had gestaan op whatsapp. Zij snapte het niet goed, waardoor dit mis ging. Ik snap dat je nieuw bent en het nog moet leren, maar als je iets niet snapt, dan moet je het vragen; doorvragen aan de gast, of vragen aan je collega. Sorry for begin critical, but yeah, for me, dat was gewoon niet zo'n lekkere binnenkomst. Ik kreeg daarna wel een lekker welkomstdrankje en een nat doekje voor mn handen en gezicht; dat was een fijne tegemoetkoming!

The senior manager or owner is stubborn and selfish!! After I was told they don't offer floating breakfast, I asked to do a picnic breakfast for my birthday and the staff agreed but when the manager came in the morning he wanted to charge me 500.000IDR for using his facility. When I refused, he became furious and they began exchanging words with my driver in Indonesia, I had to intervene to stop them from fighting

We stayed here for 5 nights, but from the second day on, we were literally just waiting for the time to pass so we could finally escape this place. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone, not even for a single day! The fact that we supposedly got a room upgrade upon arrival is a complete joke given what actually awaited us inside.

The unacceptable conditions that completely ruined our vacation:

Cockroach and constant fear:
On the second day, a huge, 2 cm cockroach ran out from under the wardrobe. After that, we spent the rest of our stay in total anxiety, constantly watching and waiting to see when the next one would appear. To make matters worse, the towels we were given were stained and dirty.

DIY plumbing: The toilet broke after every single flush because the tank wouldn't refill. Since the hotel failed to fix the issue permanently, from the third day onwards, we had to repair the toilet ourselves just to be able to use it. It is outrageous that we had to do maintenance work during our vacation!

Abysmal breakfast and maggoty food: On the first day, breakfast wasn't even prepared at 7:15 AM, despite being advertised to start at 7:00 AM. They claimed there was a gas malfunction, which miraculously fixed itself the moment they saw us. But the most sickening part was that on two separate occasions, there were MAGGOTS in the snake fruit they served to the guests! This is a severe health and food safety violation!

Deceptive advertising: The entire menu was a massive disappointment; there was barely any selection at all. It looks absolutely nothing like what they show on their website or on Booking.com.

When I complained about all of this, the shameless excuse was simply that a management change happened a year ago. My question is: Is a whole year not enough to take down the fake pictures from the internet and stop deliberately misleading guests?!

We paid a little more and stayed in the Bliue cottage to make sure it was nice after our last experience. The room was tired and not as per the pictures. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room as was advertised. The breakfast was basic. Not as clean as other places. We were kept up until after 3 am a number of nights by other guests in the pool/poolside.

Ich hatte zunächst die Villa mit Jungle Blick gebucht, musste dann aber für einen Aufpreis upgraden da es unmöglich für mich war, dort zu schlafen. Die Villa ist direkt an der Straße und das Kopfende des Bettes auch.
Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl, aber nicht wirklich viel gesundes.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer an der Strasse und dadurch war es etwas laut...auch hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer
