I really liked the location, close to the centre and also many small restaurants in the area. The staff was nice and there were enough facilities.

Very nice hotel, good position and very clean! Recommended!

- Very good position, close to the center of Osaka and Dotombori/Nara at walking distance

Really enjoyed my stay here for 8 nights.
Pros:

The staff is super pleasant and friendly.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. It was a walkable distance to Dotonbori. Located in a quiet alley. The outside property is clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable (king size bed) clean sheets, no odor (provided air freshener). Fast WI-FI, hot shower (great shower head). made me feel rested and happy. Will definitely book this hotel if I come back to Osaka (Namba area). 10/10

Inside the hotel at night is a bit of a scary feeling, because of the dark colours and the fact I was on the top floor at the end of the hallway

Potser l’única cosa que no em va acabar de convèncer va ser el coixí. Tenia un farciment força particular, com si portés petites boletes o llavors a l’interior, i al principi em va semblar estrany. Entenc, però, que hi deu haver gent a qui aquest tipus de coixí li agradi. En qualsevol cas, no em va resultar incòmode i no va afectar el descans
