Pros:

Pretty booked. But lots of hassle before I was granted my room. Don't book a room, loads to look at when you arrive in Railway area. I've only precooked twice, and both times had issues. Be brave, wait, then take your pick. Just ask to see rooms first, before agreeing to pay anything.
