Pros:

The hotel is fake. There is no such hotel. After booking I called the number in confirmation and he told there is no such hotel.

Pros:

First of all, Lilac Stay's management has changed and it's called Aloha Hostel now. We booked our stay from 3rd to 7th April, 2018 way ahead in Sep 2017 so we were not aware of this change.
When we arrived on Rasdhoo, nobody came to help us with our luggage. We basically stood at the pier under the sun for 20 minutes. The owner of a nearby guesthouse passed by and offered to help, but when we got to Lilac Stay, we found that it was fully occupied. Worst still, nobody was at the reception because the owner went scuba diving with guests. We had no choice but to stay with the guesthouse owner who helped us. Luckily, he was very nice and said he would not charge us, because he could simply ask the owner of Aloha Hostel to pay him back. I had to call my friends back home and asked them to file a complaint with Expedia so that the money goes to the right person!
A representative came to greet us at the new guesthouse, and he promised the owner would find us once he got back from diving. However, we never saw him during our stay on Rasdhoo! Isn't that outrageous? :(
