Cons:

We had an incident at the hotel where there was only one glass bottle in our room and at the check out we informed that to the staff and they indirectly implicated that they always provide 2 bottles so we might have taken one with us. Instead of handling this matter with grace and confidentiality they checked our bags in the lobby itself in front of other guest present and it was very humiliating and disrespectful. Later they did not find any bottles so they brushes off this whole thing by saying “ some guest steal bottles” with no apologies whatsoever. I am not going back there after this incident. It was handled very unprofessionally. It was one of my regular stays for work but now I will never choose it.

Comfortable and peaceful stay.
Pros:

Break fast was ok, but can be improved.
Location was excellent, easily accessible.

Cons:

Bathroom could be modified with better utilization of space. Bath cubicle door not closing fully, Western Closet to be changed to latest type.

Breakfast was good.There was quite a variety of dishes. Staff were polite and helpful .
