Average value for money
Pros:

Ambience of the overall hotel. Good tasty food with a good choice of variety veg non veg items. The restaurant staff is good.

Cons:

Reception staff should be more courteous. Check in to check out need speed. For tariff of 4000 INR room no 401 has a fan with no regulator button so could use. The sofa chair from the room and sofa set at the reception are very uncomfortable. The shampoo body & hand wash bottle was empty. Door mat, bathroom cloth, dental kit, body wash was missing. For such a big hotel there is only one elevator and that speed is very very slow. Basement parking is very congested.

Pros:

Recommend if any one looking a family stay with family and children for nashik darshan , Breakfast , dinner , love music and setting near pool was excellent.
However I feel better tarif could be designed which is cost effective

We had an incident at the hotel where there was only one glass bottle in our room and at the check out we informed that to the staff and they indirectly implicated that they always provide 2 bottles so we might have taken one with us. Instead of handling this matter with grace and confidentiality they checked our bags in the lobby itself in front of other guest present and it was very humiliating and disrespectful. Later they did not find any bottles so they brushes off this whole thing by saying “ some guest steal bottles” with no apologies whatsoever. I am not going back there after this incident. It was handled very unprofessionally. It was one of my regular stays for work but now I will never choose it.

Comfortable and peaceful stay.
Pros:

Break fast was ok, but can be improved.
Location was excellent, easily accessible.

Cons:

Bathroom could be modified with better utilization of space. Bath cubicle door not closing fully, Western Closet to be changed to latest type.

Pleasant.. wouldne mind going there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.There was quite a variety of dishes. Staff were polite and helpful .

Cons:

Would have been nice if there was a microwave in the room or on the floor.
