The stuff makes the place special. Even if you get any discomfort or problem, they will make their best to find the best
Pros:

Great location , beautiful view of the sea. attentive, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice garden for breakfast and coffee.

Cons:

For the people with mobility problems i would recommend to book the room on the ground floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and stiff.

Pros:

Nous étions à deux pas de tous les lieux touristiques mais pour autant très au calme. Le petit jardin est un véritable plus on n'a plus l'impression d'être à istanbul. Le personnel a pu nous proposer des prix très intéressants pour le transfert vers l'aéroport. Il y avait des petits chatons c'était un hasard mais nos enfants étaient aux anges

I especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of this location, right in the heart of the ancient old city, likely on the site where the old palace once stood. You can truly feel both the spirit of history and the charm of the present moment, with the calming sea, the cries of seagulls, and the rhythm of everyday life blending together. I particularly loved the location and layout of the dining area, where excellent breakfasts are served. Enjoying breakfast among the garden trees, surrounded by a peaceful, country-style atmosphere, was one of the highlights of my stay. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and my overall impression of the stay is extremely positive. The hotel also has a neighboring property that has been recently renovated, and it is equally excellent.

The staff are polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Bilkay, Miray, and Selim and others (apologies if I have misspelled and forgotten any of your names). Complimentary coffee/tea were offered throughout the day, and you can also help yourself to enjoy the tea in the garden in the evening.

فندق مختلف وتجربة جميلة
Pros:

اجواء المكان مميزة ودافئة حسيت ان مستضافة عند عائلة اكثر من كونه فندق. بنسبة للغرفة كانت نظيفة ومريحة، تعامل الموظفين كان رائع خصوصًا الفتاة في الاستقبال كانت لطيفة ومتعاونة، وهنالك موظف قدم لنا معلومات عن معالم وعادات المنطقة استمتعت بمعرفة المعلومات والافطار كان لذيذ ومتنوع اوصي به وسأكرر الإقامة فيه

عدم توفر مصعد لكن موظف الفندق ساعدنا في حمل الحقائب بارك الله في صحته

Очень хорошее расположение, близко к автобусной остановке и поезду. Набережная рядом, все достопримечательности рядом.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже второй раз. Он маленький, но очень уютный.Да, там нет супер ремонта. Но довольно чисто. Подходит для тех, кто не намерен сидеть в отеле весь день. Для тех, кто приехал много ходить по Стамбулу. Расположен прям у главных достопримечательностей Топкапы и всего, что вокруг. Удобно идти до трамвая, который едет в разные районы. Очень понравились завтраки и персонал. Все очень приветливы и отзывчивы. Рядом есть ресторан на крыше, где можно покормить чаек. Называется VILLASOFIYA. Очень вкусно и красиво

A wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality—we’ll definitely be back!
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as reserved, with a beautiful view. (Air conditioner worked properly) Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of fresh options. The hotel has a lovely garden that’s open 24/7, where you can meet adorable cats and kittens, which made our stay even more special. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to major attractions. It was definitely worth the money.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the bathroom provided just one type of shampoo. I had to buy a separate shower gel and hair conditioner from a local market. Other than that, everything was great.
