We were unable to access the property because no entry information was provided. The telephone number given turned out to belong to a former employee who was unable to help us. This left us in the middle of the night having to look for another accommodation at our own expense. Although the host admitted the mistake was theirs, they have not issued a refund. Very disappointing and stressful experience - I would not recommend booking this property.
Simple and cheap. Only 650baht for the night but nice and clean and the staff are lovely.
Very basic rooms. No window if I remember correctly
This place is a little Gem. It conveniently located, has plenty restaurants around the corner and most importantly the host Gift is a fantastic person, very welcoming, as if you are family from the minute you arrive. The rates a very reasonable for what you get. Really recommend this place if you want value for money.

The AC remote has an issue so I couldn’t turn it off but it was allll right

The place was great , nice people just not impressed with Phuket, basically a congested small City with many motorcycles, everyone seems to be in a hurry I'm assuming to go to work, the city needs to be revitalized and many upgrades need to be made regarding the city itself, I think there's just too many people there I'm sure 30 years ago it was a beautiful area. It reminds me of a miniature version of Bangkok.. the roads need major repairs and to try to turn around as it was impossible. I absolutely love Thailand and the culture, overall the people are very friendly it's an amazing country the only thing that I will comment on is the amount of trash throughout the country the beaches are actually littered with a lot of trash in just about every resort area. Definitely not as beautiful as my Northwest panhandle Florida beaches..

The staff were lovely and helpful and the room was clean. Location was good for me as I had an appointment at the Bangkok hospital which is a stones throw away.
The bed was really uncomfy, like lying on a pile of springs. Also there was a bunch of electrical wires right outside my door that were fizzing all night long. It really kept me awake and was extremely annoying. Also the wifi didn’t reach the rooms.
This property is great value for money. Our room had good ac, a fridge, towels provided and a tv we didn’t use. Perfect budget traveller hotel as for a couple it’s about £7 each a night. It’s a bit of a run down building but doesn’t bother us. Next door is a mini shop which is handy. It is also like a 15 minute walk to a cool market. Staff are kind and helpful.
Some ants in bed which is standard in most places
The property was very spacious and the host was amazing, they made the stay memorable and I am super grateful to have stayed here. There is privacy upstairs and it’s easy to socialise in the reception area. I would recommend this place to all and it is solo traveller friendly for girls. The area is easy to get around and there are lots to do around the area.
