Ale Nhatrang Hotel

I would never stay at this hotel as I do not want to risk my booking cancelled on the day I check in.
I made my booking around three weeks in advance and the day before my booking I received an email from the hotel to say welcome and they look forward to have us.
The next day when we arrived, the hotel told us they didn't have any room available because they had "lost" our booking. They gave us the option to stay at a different hotel which was not the location we wanted, or they cancel our booking and we have to find another place to stay.
We were very tired from a long bus trip and intead of going out for dinner after checking in our room, we had to run around trying to find accommodation at the very last minute, which was neither easy or pleasant.
I do not believe the hotel "lost" our booking, because if they did, then why send the welcome email? I have heard that hotels deliberately "lose" your booking and move you to a different location if they can get a higher price for the room you booked. I don't know if this was the case here, but I would not want the experience of running around trying to get last minute accommodation around dinner time again.

One thing I certainly have a problem with is that all of my personal information was photocopied and sitting out on the desk along with the personal information of others guests, right there in plain sight in a stack. Passport info, signature, home address, age, photo etc, just sitting right there on the desk. That’s what computers are for. Too many places in Vietnam ask for your passport information and don’t seem to think it’s important to keep it safe.

It's a pretty good hotel for the amount of money you are paying. but please keep in mind that twin beds are better and more spacious. somehow they changed the cleaning staff and it's not as clean as i remembered it to be. (hair everywhere)

Only stayed the one night but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again,excellent value for the money

訂了四間房，地點算是蠻棒的！出來到處都吃的，算非常市中心，價格也很棒！

We stayed here for 4 days. Overall it is good experience. But, I would suggest the hotel mop the floor when doing daily room cleaning. The floor is a bit dirty when we came back from the outside. Otherwise all ok.

시내 중심에 있어서 이동이 아주 편했습니다. 새벽 4시에 체크인했는데 빠르게 안내 도와주셨어요. 방도 깨끗하고 조식도 가격대비 나쁘지않았어요(매일 식권을 받아서 이용합니다) 옥상의 수영장도 아기자기해서 기분 좋게 즐겼습니다. 다만 방음이 잘 되는 편은 아니라 차소리나 닭 우는 소리가 들려요..ㅎㅎ 저희 방만 그랬는지는 몰라도 사람이 몰리는 아침이나 저녁시간엔 온수가 잘 안 나오니 오래 틀고있으셔야해요. 전반적으로 편안하게 잘 이용했습니다!

교통이 편리하고 즐길거리가 많음. 맛집이나 쇼핑센터, 맛사지 등 체험할 소재가 충분하다. 해안이 가깝고 나트랑의 중심 지역이다보니 여행의 가치를 만끽할 수 있다.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room is a little small but is fair for the price!

Even though they don’t have a gym I was able to find a gym around the corner.

Vi ble godt mottatt, staff var veldig behjelpelige og rommet var rent og bra vedlikehold. Litt harde senger men det er de fleste hotell i den prisklassen. Bra frukost. Lite men flott bassengområde, det er bare å ringe fra bassengtelefonen og bestille drikke opp.

Het enige wat beter kan/moet is het ontbijt, dit is niet op Europese / westerse gasten afgestemd. Voor de rest een prima hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Ingen i receptionen kunde engelska, jag fick kalla på chefen så fort jag ville ha hjälp med något. Utanför entré till hotellet var det bygge med höga djud hela dagarna 06.00 - 19.00 och dessutom vissa nätter då stora leveranser med byggmaterial kom. Detta Höll mig vaken och hjälp från personal gick ej att få.

위치적으로 너무 좋은곳에 위치하고 잇어서 여행다니기 좋았습니다.
시설도 깨끗하고 친절하셔서 너무편하게 쉬고왔습니다.

As a mature couple from Canada, we had a very good two week stay at Ale Nha Trang. The few issues we had were quickly addressed. Management and staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Tam in the breakfast room. They obviously work very hard and are eager to please. They were particularly interested in our opinions on service and how they could do better. They quickly adopted our suggestions. We had a great balcony with a view of the city.. Unfortunately construction noise is constant in Nha Trang, difficult to escape from any hotel in the downtown area, and we didn't escape it either. The hotel is situated at the end of a side street with a dead end so traffic noise was not an issue. Our room was a pretty good size for the prize we paid and the hotel being new everything worked well. This was our fourth trip to Nha Trang so we feel we know it well. The hotel is well within a three point five star rating. It has a great pool on its roof with a great view of the city and peekaboo ocean view. We should like to especially thank the owner/manager, Nhung for extending our checkout time and offering a ride to the airport.

Was a nice hotel for a 3 star. Room was clean and staffs were helpful. Apart from that, there were too many tourist from china that stay there as well. However the china tourist seems to be talking too loud along the rooms they occupied. These becomes a terrible nightmare for those staying around. Perhaps the hotel could leave a notification to these tourist that are behaving in such a manner by telling them upon check in.

This hotel’s main entrance is down an alley....a bit disconcerting when arriving at night. The lobby is just as shown online and the staff tried very hard to cleanup and accommodate us during a stage 2 hurricane. Our room was 1” deep in water when we woke up in the morning.

However, the walls in our room had splashes of something on them that had not been cleaned up from a previous guest, floors we’re not clean and the towels were thin and old.

Was expecting a 5 Hotel experience...would rate this hotel a 3 at best. The staff deserves a 5 rating.
