Страхотен хотел и персонал.
Pros:

Хотелът е с много добра локация, точно до лифта и ски пистите . Имахме страхотна гледка. Има достатъчно паркоместа. Много е чисто и уютно. Бяхме с малко бебче на 5 месеца , предоставиха ни всякакви удобства . Персоналът беше много мил, усмихнат и отзивчив. Храната беше много вкусна - както закуската , така и вечерята Определено препоръчвам и бихме се върнали отново .

Cons:

Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса.

Excellent stay - amazing location, friendly and helpful staff and tasty food!
Pros:

The location was brilliant, the staff and food were great!

Cons:

Our room had an amazing view and directly overlooked the slopes but the first night we were kept up by the noise of the snow machines (light sleepers). The nice reception staff moved us to a quieter room on the side that still had a lively view

Accommodating and grea staff . Great stay. Pillows quite uncomfortable.
Cons:

Noisy from bars outside until 2 in the night. Not very loud but enough to disturb. Great location though so I guess that’s the downfall. Pillows not comfortable at all

המיקום פצצה , על המסלולים . מלון נחמד סה"כ. ארוחת בוקר מאוד מינימלית , עגבניות , מלפפונים, ביצים קשות , נקניקיות . בחדר יש רדיאטור , מעולה לייבוש בגדים וגם במקלחת יש מתלה מתחמם . הספא נחמד , בריכה קטנה וסאונות מעולות .

Cons:

השירות של המלצרים בבר , מאוד לא נעימים.

Tekrar gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer!
Pros:

Piste çok yakın, çocukla kalmak için çok ideal bir yer. Odalar çok temiz, çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Yemekleri çok iyi. Özellikle akşam menüsü çok beğendik.
