Pros:

The breakfast was minimal but ok. The location is great, near the lifts. The hotel is clean and the wifi ok. The size of the room its ok also.

Cons:

The beds were small ( two single beds) and uncomfortable plus the pillows ( which were all new ). They didn't change the sheets 4 days.

Could have been better
Pros:

Room was big enough and clean, bathroom was ok, but ventilation not adequate. Mattress was very good, pillows ok. Parking space included.

Cons:

Breakfast was bad 😞. Fried eggs were actually deep fried, omelette was burnt, ingredients were very cheap (strawberry jam was expired) and it also took some 20 minutes to get breakfast for 2.

Pros:

Great hotel. Once again wonderful service. Very spacious and clean rooms. The food is good. Wonderful staff from the chef, through the waiter to the manager. The whole team. It's like I'm at home. Great view of the track. Green!

Страхотен хотел и персонал.
Pros:

Хотелът е с много добра локация, точно до лифта и ски пистите . Имахме страхотна гледка. Има достатъчно паркоместа. Много е чисто и уютно. Бяхме с малко бебче на 5 месеца , предоставиха ни всякакви удобства . Персоналът беше много мил, усмихнат и отзивчив. Храната беше много вкусна - както закуската , така и вечерята Определено препоръчвам и бихме се върнали отново .

Cons:

Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса.

Excellent stay - amazing location, friendly and helpful staff and tasty food!
Pros:

The location was brilliant, the staff and food were great!

Cons:

Our room had an amazing view and directly overlooked the slopes but the first night we were kept up by the noise of the snow machines (light sleepers). The nice reception staff moved us to a quieter room on the side that still had a lively view
