Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή ακριβώς δίπλα στην πίστα και πέντε λεπτά περπάτημα από την γόνδολα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο, ζεστό και ευρύχωρο. Γενικότερα, οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ωραίοι και προσεγμένοι. Το πρωινό και το δείπνο ήταν ωραία με διαφορετικές επιλογές κάθε μέρα κυρίως στο δείπνο.

Cons:

Το πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου και ο δρόμος που οδηγούσε σε αυτό δεν ήταν καθαρισμένα από τα χιόνια και τον πάγο με αποτέλεσμα να χρειαστεί να βάλουμε χιονοκουβερτες στο αυτοκίνητο για να μπορέσουμε να φτάσουμε στο ξενοδοχείο.

Amazing hotel, great people, great base.
Pros:

Excellent location! Exceptional even. The proximity to all chair lifts, drag-lifts, the gondola - just amazing. The ski rental is very reasonably priced and the staff always very helpful and generous on sometimes much needed advice….
We were on half-board selection and the food was reasonable.
The owner was always around and very helpful!

The rooms are a bit tired. Some attention to detail within the room is necessary. It’s been years and not much refreshment seems to be happening. Little things. A few screws need tiding.

Cons:

There is a teapot and coffee machine in the room. However each coffee capsule is Euro 1.89.

מלון מומלץ מאוד. תיזהרו מהחטיפים בחדר. ארוחת בוקר - כן. ארוחת ערב - לא לא לא.
Pros:

הנוף מהסוויטה מרהיב, המיקום מרכזי, נגיש, צמוד לאתר הסקי עצמו, מושלם, יש חנייה בשטח המלון, ארוחת הבוקר בסדר גמור, נקי, מתקני הספא חדשים ונוצצים - תענוג, יש פרטיות, יש שקט.

Cons:

1. הצוות ״מרובע״ - לא הצליח להיענות לבקשות ספציפיות - ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת מ8:00 (למה לא מ7:00? אם רוצים ללכת לשכור ציוד החלקה ולהתחיל להחליק בשעת הפתיחה (8:30) אז למה לא? אני ביקשתי שיאפשרו לנו לקבל ארוחת בוקר / אפילו רק משקאות חמים לפני שאנחנו יוצאים לטיסה שלנו (יצאנו ב7:20). המשמעות מבחינתם היא לאפשר לנו גישה לקומקום , חלב, קצת לחם ומשהו למרוח עליו - זה הכל. הם לא הסכימו. הם הכינו לנו שקיות עם פירות לא חתוכים, סנדוויצים מאולתרים מיום קודם ובקבוק מים. לא מגניב.
2. בחדר אין מים מינרליים - אפילו לא בקבוק סמלי בודד - הגעתם מנסיעה ארוכה, המים מהברז לא מומלצים לשתיה (אף אחד לא שותם אותם) - בקבוק מים זו מחווה בסיסית. יש מיני-בר עם משקאות, אבל זה בתשלום נאה. בנוסף, יש חטיפי שוקולד ושקית אגוזים. מסתבר בדיעבד שהם בתשלום נוסף. זה מוזר ובעיקר - אם חשוב לכם שזה בתשלום - אז תכתבו את זה. נגיד חטיף אנרגיה אישי ב4.5 יורו - לא מגניב שלא סימנו את זה כדבר שהוא בתשלום אקסטרה. אני מעדיפה לשלם על חדר קצת יותר. זה כל כך קטנוני. אגב, איך הם סופרים - המנקה נכנסת וסופרת כמה פתוחים כל יום. ביום האחרון הגישו לי את החשבון ושאלו מה פתחנו מאז אתמול. זה מתחת לכבודי להתעסק בזה - אמרתי לה שתוסיף עוד כמה חטיפים - כי אני לא יודעת מה הילדים שלי פתחו או לא. אבל גם זה היה קצת מחוץ לקופסה בשבילם. הפקידה ״הזהירה״ אותי שאם פתחנו משהו ולא הצהרנו אני אקבל אי-מייל עם לינק לתשלום. אמרתי לה שהכל בסדר - שפשוט תוסיף חטיפים. אבל זה גם לא מצא חן בעיניה, כי לא ידעתי לומר אם אכלנו את חטיף השוקולד או חטיף פצפוצי האורז. נו באמת!
3. תזמינו ארוחת בוקר, אבל אל תזמינו, בשום אופן, ארוחת ערב כלולה ואל תזמינו בשום אופן אף פעם לעולם לעולם שום דבר מתפריט המסעדה של המלון. אני לא בררנית באוכל. תסמכו עליי. יש דוכן שווארמה וקרפים נהדר בכיכר הערייה - 2 דקות מהמלון - אם אתם עם הילדים ולא רוצים לצאת בערב - פשוט תקנו שם ותביאו למלון.

Skiing at Borovet was such a great experience, popping back and fore to the room as it was so close helped.
Pros:

Amazing location, situated at the foot of the slope. The hotel caterers for your every need. There is a high shop attached to hire all the ski equipment. The hotel gave contact details for the best instructor. The spa facility topped off a great stay
