Brilliant stay and would go back
Pros:

The amount of amenities. Pool, Saunas, steam rooms, chill out area. Brilliant.

Cons:

Breakfast- could be more variety and mixed fruit bowls. The meats were ok I’m just not used to Middle Eastern breakfast.

It doesn't worth it's price. Last 2 yrs changed a lot and needs definitely new management.
Pros:

Well done to the lady at the reception who is working there too many years and altough she was sick she was handling everything with patience and professiolanism.
Rewards also to the cleaning team.
Nice breakfast but juice and coffee machine were too low quality.

Cons:

Too much noise into the rooms from outside. Drunk British people returned from their night out at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 and everytime they were like they were inside our room and my family was waking up.
Bar personell and their supervisor needs to be changed asap. Rude and unprofessional.
We ordered pasta and pizza. Pasta were re-warmed and too hard to eat and pizza was cheap supermarket fast.
Pool is extremely cold.....It's absolutely forbidden for kids under 5-6yrs old.
Outdoor jaccuzzi with too many people and everyone was leaving over there their glasses and garbage.
One of the two persons in the reception was too bad at it's service with 5% English level.
I'm visiting Borovets 15yrs and this is the first time I received such bad services. This hotel is interesting only
to book groups from UK and the rest available rooms are too expensive at booking platforms.
The hotel is exactly the same more than 10yrs. Not worth not even 100 euros per night.
There are at least 2 hotels in the neighborhood with less price and much better service.

Stuff unfriendly, several serious malfunction such as the bathtub, poor services (there were not enough towells or bath gowns) the car park was not protected or isolated with bar and was still charged at the rate of €8 per day.

Pros:

Стаите са чисти и просторни. Спа зоната е поддържана и винаги има персонал на разположение за всичко необходимо. Храната в ресторанта и механата е прясна и вкусна. Закуската е богата и разнообразна. Персоналът е изключително любезен и отзивчив на фона на толкова много гости. Ще посетим отново с удоволствие.

A 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4 star one.
Pros:

Although breakfast was catered purely towards a British crowd, I enjoyed it, as I did the saunas and steam rooms. Bedroom was also spacious. The shuttle bus worked like clockwork every 20 minutes as suggested, which made life easy when it came to visiting the centre of Borovets.

Cons:

Most of the staff working there with a couple of exceptions, seemed like they weren't happy to be there, and in some cases were unhelpful. Rooms are not sound proofed and you could hear people being loud at all hours of the day and night. The radiator in the room was broken and was working almost all day making the room too hot, and having to sleep with the terrace door open at times. Cleanliness is also not a word I would necessarily use for this hotel either as elevators were not clean, and when it came to the room they just seemed to make the beds, and put extra toilet paper, but no dusting or mopping. It also has no room service, and although the hotel manual says that the tavern is open until midnight it actually closes at 10pm, so one night we had to go without dinner. All in all, the hotel claims that it is a 4 star hotel that charges 160+ euros a night, but at best I would give it a 3 star rating, and wouldn't go back there. It is overpriced, and as it underdelivered.

Наистина кошмарно изживяване. Отношението, цялостното отношение на персонала е под всякаква критика. Хотелът и като локация и като удобства не става..
