Pros:

Приятен хотел, стаите са просторни и чисти, закуската беше достатъчна

Cons:

Спато е сравнително малко, по-скоро шезлонгите, не бяха повече от 10 и нямаше достатъчно за всички посетители

Pros:

The sauna in the open with a view of the forest is an excellent differentiating amenity. The food choices are good quality and the open table spread is well organized. The shuttle coverage is commendable.

Cons:

Базата е супер, има уникално СПА

Cons:

Банята беше мръсна, в СПА частта автомата за водата е сложен в стаята за релакс и явно се очаква докато релаксираш да нямаш проблем с преминаващите през теб хора. Липсваха някои ястия от менюто на ресторанта.

Pros:

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Все хорошо, из-за того, что гостей было мало, завтрак нужно было заказывать. Не плохо, но не так и хорошо.

Cons:

Номер не убирали, только меняли полотенце и мусор выбрасывали.

На Боровец е супер, само че в друг хотел за 20 евро повече
Pros:

На Боровец е страхотно. Уникална природа и много възможности за разходка. Хотелът е ремонтиран, спа зоната е станала добре (макар и недобре поддържана) и храната е доста по-добре, предвид че сякаш минали години някой се беше отровил в този хотел.

Cons:

Абсолютно незаинтересуван персонал. Барман в лоби бара често липсваше, а при сигнал към рецепция дамата просто набра телефона на лоби бара (той е на 5 метра пред рецепция), тоест не направи АБСОЛЮТНО нищо. Два пъти през няколко часа седяхме и слушахме с нея как звъни телефона зад нас? Няма извинете, няма нищо, направо wow : ) Слабо ниво на почистване на общите части. Генерално имаше усещане, че си в нещо като голяма вила без персонал.
