Pros:

Местоположение е много добре ,стаята която наехме беше с двойно легло и ни се стори доста просторна и приятна,случихме и на висок етаж и имахме тераса която беше много хубава ,имахме включена закуска и мислим че е много добре.парните бани сауни бяха супер от много топли до по-леки температури и много приятни аромати.Персонала е супер.Храната беше добра.

Cons:

Температурата в басейна не беше окей,беше си студено.Пицата която поръчахме по никакъв начин не отговаря цена/качество,много слабо изпълнение ,както и пресните пържени картофи, вратата на банята е за смяна. Леглото беше с две отделни завивки.

Много приятел хотел, с удобно разположение, на спокойно място сред природата, но комуникативно място. Има хубава СПА зона. Храната е вкусна и разнообразна. Има приятно лоби с удобни места за събиране.

We enjoyed the relaxation area as well as skiing
Pros:

The SPA center was our main point of interest after each ski day finished. Saunas, relaxing zone, pool and jacuzzi were all of them a oasis of relaxation every day. Also, the massages were professionally executed.
The breakfast was organized as Swedish buffet and generally was good.
The room is spacious and honest equipped but not amazing.
The personnel were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The minus point was the cleanliness of the toilet at the beginning of our stay. But It was solved promptly after we raised the concern.
The shuttle for the ski gondola has stopped too far from gondola. Also, the announced schedule wasn't respected every time. I hope these points will be fixed until the next winter. Because despite of that we will intend to return here.

Brilliant stay and would go back
Pros:

The amount of amenities. Pool, Saunas, steam rooms, chill out area. Brilliant.

Cons:

Breakfast- could be more variety and mixed fruit bowls. The meats were ok I’m just not used to Middle Eastern breakfast.

It doesn't worth it's price. Last 2 yrs changed a lot and needs definitely new management.
Pros:

Well done to the lady at the reception who is working there too many years and altough she was sick she was handling everything with patience and professiolanism.
Rewards also to the cleaning team.
Nice breakfast but juice and coffee machine were too low quality.

Cons:

Too much noise into the rooms from outside. Drunk British people returned from their night out at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 and everytime they were like they were inside our room and my family was waking up.
Bar personell and their supervisor needs to be changed asap. Rude and unprofessional.
We ordered pasta and pizza. Pasta were re-warmed and too hard to eat and pizza was cheap supermarket fast.
Pool is extremely cold.....It's absolutely forbidden for kids under 5-6yrs old.
Outdoor jaccuzzi with too many people and everyone was leaving over there their glasses and garbage.
One of the two persons in the reception was too bad at it's service with 5% English level.
I'm visiting Borovets 15yrs and this is the first time I received such bad services. This hotel is interesting only
to book groups from UK and the rest available rooms are too expensive at booking platforms.
The hotel is exactly the same more than 10yrs. Not worth not even 100 euros per night.
There are at least 2 hotels in the neighborhood with less price and much better service.
