Highly recommended
Pros:

We stayed in these apartments for two weeks and have only positive things to say. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, well-equipped, and had a lovely partial sea view. Everything was in excellent condition and very well maintained.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always available to help with any request. There is a secure garage (available for an additional fee), and the breakfast was outstanding—easily comparable to that of a four-star hotel. It was varied, fresh, and very satisfying. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the beach.

Overall, we are very grateful for our stay. We are delighted that we found this place and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

We honestly couldn't find any significant drawbacks. The only small thing to mention is that it may be a little noisy for families with young children, as karaoke and music from nearby venues sometimes continue until around midnight or later. On some evenings, the music could be heard quite clearly even with the windows closed.

Cons:

Паркінг на території готеля (який доречі є на фото), виявився недоступним. За словами власника це паркінг для його родичів. За весь час перебування там було 4 вільних місця. Але мій автомобіль стояв на парковці в 300 метрах від готеля, під палючим сонцем, за 7 евро на день.

Tai puikus viešbučio ir apartamentų derinys. Netoli jūros, viešojo transporto stotelių ir restoranų. Apartamentai turi didelį balkoną, puikiai veikiantį oro kondicionierių ir viską, ko reikia patogiai viešnagei. Malonūs šeimininkai, o vieta puikiai tinka tiek poilsiui prie jūros, tiek kelionėms po Riminį ir jo apylinkes. Tikrai rekomenduoju!

Cons:

Viešbutis yra kiek toliau nuo miesto centro. Kartais gali būti triukšminga, ypač vakarais, kai gretimuose viešbučiuose vyksta renginiai.

I highly recommend staying at Residence Marzia.
The breakfasts were delicious, and the beach is very close. The private beach is just a few steps from the property, while the free beach is only about 900 meters away—a pleasant walk.
Alberto and Alex were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday and for making our stay so enjoyable!

Cons:

The room had a very slight, subtle smell, possibly due to a bit of dampness, but overall everything was clean and comfortable.

There was some limescale buildup in the kettle.

Absolut empfehlenswert – perfekt für den Familienurlaub!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – super nah am Strand und trotzdem ruhig genug für erholsame Nächte.
​Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub mit Kindern braucht. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und sorgte für eine angenehme Abkühlung nach den heißen Strandtagen.
​Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, kinderfreundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Apotheken, sodass alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist.
​Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist dieses Hotel eine absolute Top-Adresse. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Optimální ubytování pro letní relaxaci.
Pros:

Ubytování bylo velmi dobře vybavené a útulné, s velkou koupelnou, vybavenou kuchyní a obývací částí i balkonem. Check-in proběhl v pořádku i přes náš pozdní příjezd, prostřednictvím večerního recepčního. Výborná snídaně s širokým výběrem a možnost snídaně bez lepku na požádání. Moc milý a ochotný personál, ideální poloha pár kroků na pláž, možnost slev do okolních restaurací.

Vieta į kurią norisi sugrįžti ir manau tikrai dar ne kartą grįšime :)
Pros:

Puiki vieta, labai arti jūros ir Rimini oro uosto ( ~ 25-30 min pėsčiomis). Savininkai Alex ir Alberto labai paslaugūs ir visada pasiruošę padėti. Puikiai kalba anglų k ir labai greitai atsakinėja į klausimus, turėjome keletą klausimų iki atvykimo, tai per booking.com platformą į visus buvo atsakyta labai greitai. Apartamentai labai tvarkingi ir švarus, virtuvėje radome viską ko reikėjo maisto gamybai. Labai patogios lovos ir pagalvės, tad puikiai išsimiegojome. Turėjome pusryčius, jie skanūs ir gausūs. Esame labai dėkingi už ankstyvą priėmimą, nes turėjome rytinį skrydį ir taip pat leidimą išsikraustyti vėliau, kad netektų ilgai laukti skrydžio atgal oro uoste.

Pros:

We had 2 balconies (one with a view to the sea), all required amenities in the kitchen, everything was clean and organized. Went to the center of Rimini with bicycles free of charge from the hotel. Alex and Alberto were very helpful! Alex suggested to use public transport instead of renting a car so we took a train to Bologna and explored the city. Thank you!

Pros:

We chose this place because of its location and the possibility to cook our own meals, as we were traveling with a child. It definitely met our needs and expectations.
There is a stovetop, so you can prepare your own food. There is also a coffee machine (the hotel provided two complimentary capsules for us to try). The apartment has a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and they had even prepared ice cubes for us.
The bathroom was stocked with mini toiletries/body wash products.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
We requested a travel crib (for an additional fee), and it was delivered and made up for us, so there was no need to bring our own.
There is also an indoor children's playroom next to the hotel.

We also really appreciated being able to stay in the hotel's playroom with our child after check-out, as we still had some time before our flight.
