Pros:

Lovely staff and plenty of tea, coffee and complimentary breakfast items. Bed was comfy and room was spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn't clean, paint/plaster marks on walls but maybe due to age of building.

Pros:

Beautiful gothic architecture, staff friendly, rooms comfortable, well sized and well equipped, would stay here again

Perfect for my family, good location.
Pros:

I stayed in the apartment with my family and it was great, clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Play area in the garden was a hit with my daughter. The staff member who booked us in gave all the information we needed and was friendly.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything to put here really.

Very quaint, lovely features and character furnishings.

Cons:

Bed was very squeaky, but still comfortable. apart from this, the room was very nice.
