Pros:

I love the room, it's spacious and well laid out. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist.

Cons:

The floor drain in the bathroom didn't drain the water fast enough.

No doubt the most comfortable place to stay in Kumasi
Pros:

Amazingly comfortable and modern. Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Ghana.

Cons:

No places to relax outdoors and no view. Rooms on reception floor are quite noisy.

Good rooms and many of the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The new restaurant lacked character and had a poor menu choice. Limited hours of operation and the staff were in dire need of training. Sub-standard compared to the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Home away from home in Kumasi
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but not too much options. Room was very quiet and clean. The sofa needs some cleaning. However, very clean and high quality. Will highly recommended.

The sofa in the living room needs some cleaning.
