Excellent Hotel Manager
Very Great reception. The Manager was excellent. Very hospitable and accommodating. My elderly mother who travelled with me enjoyed herself tremendously. Food was excellent.
I have been to many hotels in Ghana but this is the best of all of them.
My time at the Oak Plaza Suites was memorable to say the least. The personal touch, class, and excellence are some of the words to describe my experience. The the security guards, the cleaning, and the front desk staff were courteous and professional. Special thanks to Sarah who made our experience one of the best we’ve ever had. We shall return by God’s Grace.
Rooms were really clean and ultra modern style. The bathroom were really nice and the living room and bedroom was nice with two huge TVs. Lights were great as well. One tiny problem was my key for my room stopped working but they gave me a manual one to solve the problem
Had an amazing Stay . The place was very clean and the staff were super friendly.
I will choose Oak Plaza anytime I’m in town. The place is so neat, quiet, beautiful and in the center of the city.Their staffs are so respectful, dedicated and love what they do.My room was cleaned daily..Their meals are so delicious.
I left one of my belongings there,a staff member contacted me and there is a delivery on the way to drop it off to me.

The staff was very friendly and courteous I really enjoyed my stay
Good
It is serviced rooms rather than a hotel, so there is no bar or restaurant on site. Your can order drinks/food from reception, but they will get it from local restaurants.
Rooms are clean, but room service did not come during my two-night stay. They are spacious but there only is a tiny window, and the air con is loud and drips on the bedroom floor. When the power goes down (several times during my stay), the air con does not restart when the power returns.
Overall it's way overpriced, much more than excellent hotels like the Golden Tulip in Kumasi.
Amazing property, ideal location. Only bad thing was they always missed something with our breakfast requests
Rommet var 5 stjerner, meget bra. Svømmebassenget var ikke rent. Det var ikke renset og vi kunne ikke bruke den. Treningsrom var bra. Solseng var det ingen pure eller håndklær.
Frokosten var dårlig.
Very nice place. 👍 Peaceful, I really love the interior
The staff was very helpfel, I will recommend others
The property is in a very good location. The hotel is very clean with nice amenities and the service is great. I shall be staying here again and will recommend it to many.
Based on the reviews and price point, I had certain expectations of this hotel. Unfortunately, none of them were met.
At roughly $300/night, this is one of the most expensive hotels in Ghana, if not West Africa. For that price, one might expect some service. However, the staff here seems to disagree.
On arrival, they had no idea about my booking and lacked interest in trying to find it. Instead, they proposed booking another room for $400/night. 30 minutes later, I was allowed in the room while they continued to search for my reservation.
Instead of an on-site restaurant, they will begrudgingly order you food from local places. A basic pasta arrived ninety minutes later that was truly inedible. They lied about the price of the food and then the receptionist demanded a tip for herself. The two times I went to the front desk, it was unattended and took 10+ minutes to summon someone.
The room itself wasn’t even that nice. While spaceuse, the window was tiny, the toilet ran constantly, and the bathroom flooded.
There aren’t many options in Kumasi, but I strongly suggest you save your money and don’t stay here!
