Reasonably good but could be much better.

Good rooms and many of the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The new restaurant lacked character and had a poor menu choice. Limited hours of operation and the staff were in dire need of training. Sub-standard compared to the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Home away from home in Kumasi
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but not too much options. Room was very quiet and clean. The sofa needs some cleaning. However, very clean and high quality. Will highly recommended.

We arrive on my birthday day. The staff song and surprised me with a slice of cake.This made my day.
Pros:

The customer service was exceptional starting with the Manager Sarah, and all the staff.
They helpful, greet us with a smile and professional manner.

Cons:

The beds were a little too firm, for me. However, everything was great.
