Uphelpful staff! Asked for an extra hour for late checkout, given the time change, I would have appreciated it, but she would not budge.
Convenient to multiple restaurants and to places I needed to go. Clean and had excellent coffee.
No bathtub, just a shower. Parking is ridiculously expensive.
On New Year’s Eve we expected the restaurant and kitchen to be open until at least 11pm, because that’s what we were told. When we requested a menu to order initially around 9:30pm, we were told to take our time. Once we decided what we wanted to order around 9:50pm, we were told the kitchen was closed and we were only allowed to order drinks. The main issue was a lack of communication and what seemed to be a manager chastising our waiter for suggesting the kitchen would stay open in the first place. He looked (manager) angry and annoyed while our waiter looked embarrassed. He left because his shift was over I assume but very abruptly. He told us to go to the bar to order and that’s when we found out the kitchen was absolutely closed. We ended up ordering Pizza on door Dash and eat it in the open area of the restaurant. We’ve been here 4 times and the hotel experience & staff are wonderful but this particular time the restaurant made our stay less than enjoyable.
The location, it was great for exploring in the evenings, I felt safe and I enjoyed the walk to the meeting location each day.
There was no entrance to the parking facility that was behind the property.

The hotel has a good location with many restaurant nearby.
It’s very expensive compared to other options in the area. The room had only basic items and no fridge.
Besides, parking is hard to find — I had to park in a lot next to the hotel.
Breakfast and location were excellent. Breakfast was a little overpriced.
I could not adjust the heat in the room and it was kind of hot during the night.
loved the convenient and good restaurant. loved the lounge in there. Enjoyed the chaise lounge in my room. liked that there were sufficient and convenient outlets for charging. liked the coffee station and all the help I got to keep it going. liked the bathroom.
the shower is very confusing and annoying to use with the top bottom thing. And the heat wound up being set fine, but when I tried to change the thermostat, it wasn't doing what I wanted. not much to complain about
