Pros:

Room was spacious, included a big bed and the hotel itself is nicely decorated. Air con in the room. 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 mins into the town. Host was friendly and seamless check in.

Cons:

Sheets had a few marks/dirty so that could be improved. I also got bitten my quite a few mosquitos, it would be nice if they had a plug in that deters them. Halls were dark when walking to the room, would be nice if they had a sensor. All minor things.

Recomendada para venir con hijos.
Pros:

Estaba ubicado cerca del centro de Biarritz y tiene parking gratuito alrededor. La habitación era amplia con aire acondicionado y todo muy limpio. El personal es muy atento y amable. Hemos tenido a Romain y es un encanto de persona.

Cons:

La conexión de la wifi es débil.

Pros:

The accommodation has been nice in a nice little villa. The room is okay in dimensions, the bathroom is okay, and the bed is okay. Staff is nice.

Cons:

The common area of the villa could have been a little bit more curated, and the breakfast, not just to be ordered before, was a little bit inconvenient to have to decide if I want to have the breakfast and what I want to have. Honestly, that is the negative part, because in fact I did not order before. In the end, I ended up having two pans of chocolate and coffee because nothing else was available, but still, it's okay. The garden is not very, very nice, not very curated, and has a lot of mosquitoes.

Ничего не понравилось.
Ресепшен был пустой. На сообщение в букинге никто не ответил!Спасибо хоть ключ оставили с запиской на барной стойке.
В объявлении указана крытая парковка на территории КОТОРОЙ НЕТ!!!!!!!!🤬Заселение началось с беготни по городу в поисках парковки🤬🤬🤬🤷🏼‍♀️!!!!
При входе в здание отвратительный запах грязи и сырости! Грязное покрытие!!!
Комната выглядела абсолютно не так как была на фото!!
Интернет был плохой!
Номер был оплачен на три человека, но кофе и чай был для двоих , сахар вообще для одного!
Лучше бы вообще ничего не предлагали.
Разочарование полное!
Абсолютно не соответствует описанию в букинге!!
Странно почему такие

И столько хороших комментариев написано?
Хотелось как можно быстрее уехать оттуда!

Pros:

Très bon séjour ! Le staff est très gentil et l'hôtel confortable et bien équipé. En période de canicule, nous avons apprécié la climatisation.

Cons:

Le confort des lits n'était pas parfait (pour des personnes qui bougent beaucoup dans leur sommeil), les matelas/surmatelas ayant un peu tendance à glisser les uns sur les autres.

Wonderful staff in charming location
Pros:

The property is charming with an eclectic retro flair. The young staff are warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful.

Cons:

There isn’t really a coffee machine in the room. There is only a water boiler and powdered coffee😅 Fortunately, there is a patisserie around the corner with great cappuccinos🤗

Die Lage war gut, nettes Personal, ruhig

Cons:

Geruch von altem Haus, Teppich in Treppenhaus, es braucht mehr Renovation, Ablauf in der Dusche war verstopft und Wasser war sehr langsam abgelaufen
