Pros:

Die Lage war gut, nettes Personal, ruhig

Cons:

Geruch von altem Haus, Teppich in Treppenhaus, es braucht mehr Renovation, Ablauf in der Dusche war verstopft und Wasser war sehr langsam abgelaufen

Un séjour agréable et chaleureux.
Pros:

On est accueilli avec le sourire par un personnel chaleureux, efficace et à l'écoute. Un grand merci à eux en cette période de trains supprimés suite aux incendies en Gironde.

Freundliches Personal in netter Villa mit Renovierungsstau in guter Lage.

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Gute Lage in alter Villa.
Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer, was kleiner war als alle abgebildeten Zimmer.
Die Villa hat Charme, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte vor allem auch im Bad eine Renovierung und in den Außenanlagen mehr Pflege.
Kein Parkplatz.

A charming, cosy and very welcoming hotel in a quiet area of Biarritz, close to the beach.
Pros:

A perfect stay in Biarritz!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint-Charles and would be very happy to come back again. It is a small, very charming and cosy hotel with a true Biarritz atmosphere: a beautiful historic building surrounded by greenery, with a quiet garden and lovely terraces where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening.

The location is excellent. The hotel is in a peaceful and beautiful neighbourhood, while the beach and the ocean are only about 7–10 minutes away on foot. The city centre, restaurants and shops are also easy to reach.

We arrived by car and had no problem finding a parking space very close to the hotel, on the next street. So coming by car was very convenient as well.

Another big plus for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly. We were travelling with our small dog, and everything was easy and comfortable.

The air conditioning was also very important. Biarritz can be quite humid, and being able to come back to a cool and comfortable room after a walk was a real lifesaver.

A special thank you to Roman, who welcomed us at the reception. He was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly, gave us great recommendations and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to people like him, you really feel welcome.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and full of character. It does not feel like an anonymous hotel at all — it feels more like staying in a cosy French house.

Thank you very much to the whole team at Le Saint-Charles for a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back.

Pros:

Roman war ein wunderbarer, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der für jedes Anliegen eine Lösung fand. Von Anfang bis am Schluss des Aufenthalts um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste besorgt. Seine Ausflugtipps waren sehr gut. Weiter liegt das Hotel im wunderbaren, aufkommenden Quartier Saint Charles.

Cons:

Das wunderbare Haus wurde punktuell renoviert, aber ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen.

Albergo con una sua forte atmosfera, camera confortevole, area a 15 minuti a piedi da centro e mare, zona bella, silenziosa e residenziale, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Buona la colazione, gentilissimo e amichevole il personale
