The hotel is well located, clean, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

I booked this property as I was looking for a particularly quiet place to stay in CDMX after a long haul flight, and paid more than I wanted to for this to be provided. However, during my visit there was some evening noise throughout from a nearby bar which disturbed my sleep continuously. This may not be an issue for many guests, but it’s something worth being aware of if you are sensitive to noise.

I also noticed a slight odor from the shower drain after use, and the fixed waterfall-style shower may not suit everyone.

Paid extra for a room that advertised a patio, and pictures had windows. Ended up getting a room with no windows, the upstairs that I think is normally restaurant and patio space was under construction so there was nowhere outside of our windowless room to sit.

Pros:

There was construction going on in the hotel. I think we should've been told ahead of time so we could decide if we wanted to go somewhere else. We had to ask for everything...coffee, towels, water, cleaning. Etc I feel like I should be reimbursed some of my fee.

Excellent short notice hotel room with a good location and beautiful, spacious rooms.
Pros:

We made a last minute reservation after we ended up staying an extra night due to airline issues. The ned was extremely comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxi that got us to the airport at 4:45 in the morning with no problem. The location was walkable to find a meal even rather late on a Sunday evening. We will be back if we are in Mexico City again.

Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado, tiene buena decoración, pero pequeño. el cuarto muy pequeño y el servicio muy malo. No pudieron resolver un asunto de un simple desayuno.

Cons:

Están remodelando el restaurante, y no tienen lugar donde desayunar, aún así ofrecen estancia con desayuno incluido (obviamente te cobran el desayuno por adelantado) ... al llegar me dijeron que me ofrecían el desayuno en el cuarto, a lo cual yo accedí , sin saber que el cuarto era muy pequeño!! no había mesa ni sillas donde desayunar , osea en todo caso era desayunar en la cama literal. Les pedí porfavor varias veces revisar este asunto porque quería que me devolverian el extra que pagué por el desayuno porque nunca desayuné en el hotel , cosa que nunca hicieron, los empleados del lugar amablemente decían que no podían ellos autorizar eso y que tenía que hablar con el gerente, el supuesto gerente nunca llegó y me lo comunicaron por teléfono, diciendo que tenía que resolverlo con booking.... ok accedí, pedí mi reembolso por booking y solo obtengo negativas de que el alojamiento nunca respondió. Tampoco fueron buenos para enviarme mi factura, la verdad. PÉSIMO SERVICIO POST VENTA. No recomiendo este hotel
