The bathroom lighting, no full length mirror, no drawer space. Shower head was pointed inward so hard to take a shower without being up against the wall.

We had a great time.
Pros:

The location was great in a a very walkable neighborhood but also close to Avenue de la Reforma which, among other things, made access to other areas of the city easier.
The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well located, clean, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

I booked this property as I was looking for a particularly quiet place to stay in CDMX after a long haul flight, and paid more than I wanted to for this to be provided. However, during my visit there was some evening noise throughout from a nearby bar which disturbed my sleep continuously. This may not be an issue for many guests, but it’s something worth being aware of if you are sensitive to noise.

I also noticed a slight odor from the shower drain after use, and the fixed waterfall-style shower may not suit everyone.

Cons:

Paid extra for a room that advertised a patio, and pictures had windows. Ended up getting a room with no windows, the upstairs that I think is normally restaurant and patio space was under construction so there was nowhere outside of our windowless room to sit.
