Muy bien!
Pros:

estaba limpio, ordenado, era agradable, no había ruido

Cons:

Probably wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

The staff was pleasant and helpful

Cons:

We were sold a suite with separate bedroom. What we got was a dark corner room with no windows. Each day we asked to change to the room type we ordered. There was a promise, but no action. Finally, we made a bigger fuss and were given the option to move to another room, slightly better with a window over the interior and two meters from the front desk.
The staff was pleasant, particularly the supervisor. The manager was not helpful - all smiles and no action.

Peace, with genuine care for guests.
Pros:

I loved this hotel. I travel a lot for business, and after three consecutive weeks of traveling among four cities, two countries, and five hotels and Airbnb, I finally got to sleep. No vulgar inconsiderate neighbors slamming doors at midnight, no weird noises, no humidity smell, just pure peace and a clean & comfortable room. Amenities are great and the mattress invites deep sleep. This hotel has a wonderful environment, the wall garden is beautiful, the decor, and its staff genuinely care for you!!! I do appreciate that a lot! They made sure to accommodate me in a room close to the street as I requested to have a well-ventilated space. I have a light sleep and was able to be well-rested.
Location is convenient, a bit dark at night, but I still felt safe. Thank you for the kindness!

Cons:

I wish there were at least a small desk, and a chair for me to work more comfortably inside the room.

Quiet, comfy, Starbucks in walking distance, nice staff, lovely rooms, warmed bathrooms.
Pros:

The rooftop restaurant had some delicious meals. The staff was prompt and courteous. We were sad that we didn't dine at this place from the beginning of our stay.

Enjoyable stay in CDMX
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Prim. We booked it for it's convenient location, not too far from the historical centre but also not in the trendier districts. However, it is a bit isolated in terms of places around there so if you don't want to walk or get taxis to and from places maybe stay elsewhere. We walked to Centro Historico a couple of times in the mornings but would always come back with an Uber in the evenings. The room itself was decently sized although at an odd shape. The staff were friendly and asked every day if we wanted the room cleaned

Cons:

While there are shops around the hotel there are not obvious places to go out for food or drink so if that is a dealbreaker would suggest staying in Roma/Condesa instead.

Photos and descriptions on booking.com are misleading, you will notice a few different rooms feature the same photos
We had one of the 'windowless' rooms (deluxe room vi) and no patio... I mentioned this was a special trip so you would hope they would give one of the nicer rooms... disappointing
No instructions for using the safe and it was a bit stiff to open so we had troubles with it at first. It was also very light and didn't feel like a very safe safe... I should struggle to pick it up but I picked it up easily...
No full length mirror like in the photos of other rooms
Not enough hooks in the bathroom, nowhere to hang hand towel or face cloths
One dressing gown for two people
Can be a bit noisy, if you are sensitive, bring earplugs, we could hear motorbikes and a staff member coughing in the night
I woke up after first night covered in bites on my legs... I believe mosquito bites which is funny since there's no window. After that my mosquito products kept them away.
Restaurant reopened during our stay and very noisy from our room, closes at 10pm yet can still hear people an hour later.
Sadly I slept badly here, I think the bed was too hard for someone who sleeps on their side, better for sleeping on back.
