Wir fanden die Einrichtung der Zimmer sehr stilvoll und das Hotel ist allgemein sehr hübsch ausgestattet.
Das Personal war bemüht, uns bei unseren Anliegen zu unterstützen. Es kam täglich Roomservice und hat das Zimmer aufgeräumt.
Trotz Angabe auf Booking.com konnte der Großteil der Mitarbeiter:innen an der Rezeption nur äußerst schlecht bis gar kein Englisch, was wir bedauert haben, da dieses Kriterium für uns besonders ausschlaggebend für die Buchung war. Außerdem lies die Sauberkeit leider auch zu wünschen übrig. In der Dusche klebten noch (fremde) Haare an allen Wänden, die wir auch im Bett auf dem Laken zu Hauf fanden, Zahnpastaflecken auf dem Spiegel und der Badezimmertür (beidseitig!) und sowohl die Bettwäsche als auch einige der Handtücher waren sichtbar schmutzig (bspw war auf dem Bezug der Bettdecke ein etwa 30cm großer brauner Fleck oder Makeupreste auf den Polsterbezügen).
Da wir leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten und es im Zimmer gerade einmal 16 Grad hatte, wollten wir die Klimaanlage, die auch eine Heizfunktion hat, zum Heizen verwenden, woraufhin wir nach 10 Minuten schon klitschnasse Wände hatten und das Konsenswasser auf unsere Koffer tropfte. Uns wurde daraufhin vom (sehr netten!) Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt, dass wir leider nicht heizen könnten.
Etwas störend für uns war auch, dass die Zimmertüre, die Richtung Innenhof aufging, durch einen Spalt zwischen Tür und Türrahmen sehr lärmdurchlässig ist und das Restaurant, das sich im obersten Stock des Hotels befindet, nach Küchenschluss um 23:00 Uhr noch den Glasmüll im Innenhof sortiert, was sich anhört, als würde es in unserem Zimmer selbst passieren; Selbiges mit den Frühstücksvorbereitungen ab 7:30 morgens.

Hotel boutique muy acogedor, con habitaciones limpias, cómodas y sin ruido. La atención del personal es muy buena y están siempre atentos a solucionar los requerimientos de los huéspedes. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, junto a muchos restaurantes y con rápido acceso al transporte publico. Desayuno bastante bueno y suficiente.

The room was nicely appointed with some nice additional touches.
It was a bit loud as my room was next to the restaurant. Also the internet in my room was extremely slow although the tech support person on staff helped me switch to a faster platform. The closet space was quite minimal but I could make do
