Please note the hotel's entrance is located at the intersection of Lakeshore Blvd and Newdfoundland road.

The card and cardholder utilized to make this reservation, must be present at check-in along with valid government issued photo ID. An exception will only be made if the guest presents a signed authorization form with valid government issued photo ID from the cardholder, along with a signed copy of the front & back of credit card.

The resort fee includes:
- High-speed WiFi
- 24-hour access to 10XTO gym
- En suite bottled water
- Access to property's film series and screening room (based on availability)

- Year-round, heated rooftop swimming pool

During the summer months (June – September) reservations for the rooftop pool are required for all registered guests. Reservations are available in 2 hour increments from 7am - 11pm and can be made upon check-in. We do our absolute best to ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the pool however popular times may not always be available.

Beginning January 1, 2025, the check-in time at Hotel X Toronto will be adjusted to 4:00 PM EST

The swimming pool will be unavailable for guest use due to annual maintenance from April 9th to April 30th, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The convenience was expensive.
Pros:

Close to the venue for OVA Provincials.
Supply of bottled water was appreciated.

Cons:

Pool wasn’t open. I requested a room with a bath tub which I did get after a lengthy delay at check-in. Then the tub stopper didn’t work. A service tech was able to fix it, but that’s something that housekeeping should have caught, imo.
A regular coffee maker would have been preferred instead of the nespresso in the room.

Clean hotel, close to venues but expensive
Pros:

Cleanliness, comfy beds, Playbook Commons, friendly staff.

Cons:

Need full length mirrors in the rooms and longer hours for the coffee shop and restaurants, more pillows on the bed

Great location
Pros:

This hotel was easy to get to. Its location was excellent, walking distance to a couple of venues. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Freundliches Hotel mit ordentlicher Ausstattung und inkludiertem Gym, tolle Bar, Spa gegen Aufpreis und Terminvereinbaru
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, Hotel selbst schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr schöne Bar mit toller Aussicht auf die Skyline. Fitness mit guter Ausstattung. Spa mit extra Gebühren.

Teppichböden schon etwas abgetreten, aber insgesamt OK

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, room was great. For the event we came to, hotel location was perfect. Car shuttle was great. Loved our view.

Cons:

Disappointed that the pool was not open. Wanted to try the hotel restaurant/bar but when we tried one would be open then the other would be closed. Never got to try any.

Pros:

Nothing stands out. The lake view is nice though

Cons:

It’s a very basic, bland and soulless place
The room we had was expensive and had nothing special about it
The cleaners didn’t come a couple of times
Pool was closed
Nowhere to get a light bite and 1 coffee shack which was so poor (and overwhelmed!)

Hotel X is a great stay!
Pros:

The X Hotel is conveniently located on Exhibition Place grounds. It is a very handy location for events on the grounds and parking is very easy and secure.

First Stay
Pros:

The service truly starts at the valet and they did not disappoint. The bellhop Eivan was super nice and down to earth. He gave us amazing food recs. Also, adored Spencer the host at the restaurant. He was a breathe of fresh air. Loved talking to him as well. We found this to be the perfect fit for us as we were just in for a concert. All amenities we needed were either in the hotel or nearby. The car service offered worked out perfectly for us as my mom is still recovering from a surgery and helped limit walking for her.

Great experience in Toronto
Pros:

All good. Nice location, around 30 min walk to downtown. Accesible for taxis and also bikes.
The hotel is pretty nice, the banana bread in the coffee was great.
The bar has nice views and the food was good. The cocktails weren't that good though.
