The card and cardholder utilized to make this reservation, must be present at check-in along with valid government issued photo ID. An exception will only be made if the guest presents a signed authorization form with valid government issued photo ID from the cardholder, along with a signed copy of the front & back of credit card.
The resort fee includes:

During the summer months (June – September) reservations for the rooftop pool are required for all registered guests. Reservations are available in 2 hour increments from 7am - 11pm and can be made upon check-in. We do our absolute best to ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the pool however popular times may not always be available.
Beginning January 1, 2025, the check-in time at Hotel X Toronto will be adjusted to 4:00 PM EST
The swimming pool will be unavailable for guest use due to annual maintenance from April 9th to April 30th, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very nice staff- especially the bellman (bellmen!) 10/10. The receptionists are very nice, but not to the level of the bellmen. 8/10.
The bed was exceptionally well made (I’m sure the sheets/comforter were ironed- tell me if I’m wrong). Hotel very well kept- even the public bathrooms downstairs in the lobby were very clean. Location was a little bit off of the tourist areas, but Uber took me there in five minutes.
They have a great team! The room, bed. Hallway, the showers,… everything was exceptionally clean. They are very nice restaurants downstairs as well as at the top floor… perhaps the staff can promote their restaurants more, I would have given it a try and probably would have like them as well! But I did not try. I only found out how nice they were on the day I left.

It's a beautiful hotel. Very warm and inviting. Perfect location to stay for concerts at budweiser stage. I always stay at the X for easy concert access.
I really wish it had a whirlpool. And the café closed very early. All i wanted was a coffee & a snack. No restaurants outside of the hotel that you can easily walk to.

At check-in the extra beds in the room were not prepared.
Restaurants close without any announcements, although the websites claim 7-days per week opening hours till 8 pm.
No vending machines, that could be an alternative.
Most people, that were running the pool were impolite to the guests. Were never controlling extremely loud screaming children.
Excellent location within walking distance to the Budweiser stage. Staff was extremely attentive, polite and exceeded our expectations. In room dining was a little pricey, but everything tasted great and bigger portions than expected. Overall amazing stay!
Beds were a bit uncomfortable. One night stay was a little expensive.
The elevator doors need to stay open longer, example people with luggage loading on the elevator the door is already closing while there loading
This was my second stay at the hotel…the location worked for me both times…first time was for a boating show next door and the latest stay was for a concert at Budweiser Stage…cost a little more than we normally spend but so worth it…thnx
The switches for the lighting are a little odd and took some getting used to…very minor issue
