Please note the hotel's entrance is located at the intersection of Lakeshore Blvd and Newdfoundland road.
The card and cardholder utilized to make this reservation, must be present at check-in along with valid government issued photo ID. An exception will only be made if the guest presents a signed authorization form with valid government issued photo ID from the cardholder, along with a signed copy of the front & back of credit card.
The resort fee includes:

During the summer months (June – September) reservations for the rooftop pool are required for all registered guests. Reservations are available in 2 hour increments from 7am - 11pm and can be made upon check-in. We do our absolute best to ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the pool however popular times may not always be available.
Beginning January 1, 2025, the check-in time at Hotel X Toronto will be adjusted to 4:00 PM EST
The swimming pool will be unavailable for guest use due to annual maintenance from April 9th to April 30th, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

El hotel es perfecto si se va a atender una convención en el Enercare Center, que se encuentra a 5 minutos caminando del hotel.
La experiencia del desayuno: el restaurante no abrió a las 7 am como estaba pautado, por lo que tuve que optar por un grab & go que era el único disponible.

Our stay at Hotel X Toronto was amazing, the location was great and the hotel facilities were great. The location was a little away from the city centre but that is what made it nice and it was still walkable into the city especially along the coastal path. Also if you didn't want to walk the hotel provided a house car for drop offs within a 5k radius.
It's a shame that I couldn't stay longer

We were only at Hotel X for one week which is too short to truly enjoy every this excellent Hotel has to offer.
La salle de sport est incroyable
Certaines personnes du personnel ne se donnaient pas vraiment la peine d’expliquer les choses. Le déjeuné était inclus et personne n’explique que l’eau gazeuse est payante ce qui ne m’est jamais arrivé dans un 5*. Nous avions le déjeuné pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais nous ont donné les cartes pour 3 adultes 1 enfant et majorité le prix. Si je n’avais pas posé la question la sur facturation aurait était faite pour tout mon séjour.
The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. We had a health-related issue just before our arrival; the people on duty were very attentive to our needs and arranged for complimentary private transport to a medical center.
As for the facilities and amenities, we were fully satisfied. The bed was the most comfortable that I ever slept in. The room was cleaned and restocked on a regular basis. We were very impressed by the restaurants and rooftop pool. We highly recommend Hotel X for the quality of the accommodation, but moreover, for the professionalism of those who work there.
