Please note the hotel's entrance is located at the intersection of Lakeshore Blvd and Newdfoundland road.

The card and cardholder utilized to make this reservation, must be present at check-in along with valid government issued photo ID. An exception will only be made if the guest presents a signed authorization form with valid government issued photo ID from the cardholder, along with a signed copy of the front & back of credit card.

The resort fee includes:

During the summer months (June – September) reservations for the rooftop pool are required for all registered guests. Reservations are available in 2 hour increments from 7am - 11pm and can be made upon check-in. We do our absolute best to ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the pool however popular times may not always be available.

Beginning January 1, 2025, the check-in time at Hotel X Toronto will be adjusted to 4:00 PM EST

The swimming pool will be unavailable for guest use due to annual maintenance from April 9th to April 30th, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

it was a great stay but a little bit expensive for a hotel.
Pros:

The room was very nice and comfortable. Loved our view as we had a lakeview.

Cons:

We were on the second floor and we still heard every car drive by in the middle of the night?
There was a lot of confusion with the elevator and the keys would only let you get to your floor. I understand security but this was just confusing to everyone on the elevator.

Pros:

I liked the front entrance and the rooms were very nice. All staff I spoke to were awesome!

Beautiful hotel by the lake with exceptional view!
Pros:

Very nice staff- especially the bellman (bellmen!) 10/10. The receptionists are very nice, but not to the level of the bellmen. 8/10.
The bed was exceptionally well made (I’m sure the sheets/comforter were ironed- tell me if I’m wrong). Hotel very well kept- even the public bathrooms downstairs in the lobby were very clean. Location was a little bit off of the tourist areas, but Uber took me there in five minutes.

Cons:

They have a great team! The room, bed. Hallway, the showers,… everything was exceptionally clean. They are very nice restaurants downstairs as well as at the top floor… perhaps the staff can promote their restaurants more, I would have given it a try and probably would have like them as well! But I did not try. I only found out how nice they were on the day I left.
