The card and cardholder utilized to make this reservation, must be present at check-in along with valid government issued photo ID. An exception will only be made if the guest presents a signed authorization form with valid government issued photo ID from the cardholder, along with a signed copy of the front & back of credit card.
The resort fee includes:

During the summer months (June – September) reservations for the rooftop pool are required for all registered guests. Reservations are available in 2 hour increments from 7am - 11pm and can be made upon check-in. We do our absolute best to ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the pool however popular times may not always be available.
Beginning January 1, 2025, the check-in time at Hotel X Toronto will be adjusted to 4:00 PM EST
The swimming pool will be unavailable for guest use due to annual maintenance from April 9th to April 30th, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

到着が早朝でしたが事前に連絡したところ、アーリーチェックインの対応もして頂けました。
スタジアムからも徒歩圏内でお部屋も清潔で快適でした。
併設のレストラン（バー）のクローズが早いので利用できませんでした。

A superb busy luxury hotel with great facilities and eating options

Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms
The hotel's pool policy is so restrictive and completely limits what you can do as a family especially if you're only staying one night. I think most people would agree that a pool is a huge draw for families at any hotel but unfortunately Hotel X has a policy of limiting people at the pool to 50 at a time, in two hour blocks that you must reserve once you're checked in. I booked two rooms for myself, my husband and son, two sisters and their teenage daughters as the hotel was so close to the Ampitheatre where my niece was attending a concert. We were so excited to have a fun swim as a family but of course by the time we arrived at 4pm to check in, we found out that only some of our party would be able to swim and the rest were wait listed. When we got to the pool, only about 15 people were swimming and most we're just sitting around the pool ordering drinks but these count towards the total. I understand that they want to ensure everyone has an opportunity to use what is actually quite a small pool for such a nice hotel but the lack of flexibility and limits on when you can swim, how many can swim and the need to arrive precisely on time or else risk forfeiting your one chance to swim does not work for families with children.
My son was also super disappointed to learn that the children's play area which sounded amazing and full of great things for children was inexplicably closed every weekday currently. Not sure why they would do this right as summer is kicking off and kids are home from school and wanting to enjoy a space for themselves.
Overall, a beautiful hotel but definitely not a great choice for families, especially for the price. They are clearly catering to couples or singles who just want luxury dining/spa/valet parking etc but I was really disappointed at the value for my money and would not return unless maybe with my husband solo or with friends.
