L'hôtel a un emplacement calme sur une petite colline verdoyante.
Le personnel est agréable.
Le parking gratuit est a l'extérieur mais fermé et surveillé.

Une serveuse au petit déjeuner qui ne savait pas nous dire qu'es ce que nous pouvions prendre pour le déjeuner.

Хотелът е отдалечен от шума и блъсканицата в центъра на София, намира се в непосредствена близост до Боянската църква. Има собствен паркинг.
Хотелът не предлага условия, отговарящи на 5-звездна категория. Настанени бяхме в стая на последния етаж, със скосявания на тавана. Банята и тоалетната в тази стая са отделени от спалното помещение със стъклени стени, което на нас не ни допадна . Чуваше се бучене от вентилатор, вероятно от съседната баня, който, слава богу, спря по някое време след полунощ. Закуската е на сет меню и на нас определено не ни хареса. Цените в ресторанта са доста високи, макар, че ястията не бяха лоши (все пак храната не е с качеството и вкуса на храната, предлагана в ресторантите на шеф Ангелов.:))
