Μία από τις καλύτερες επιλογές για διαμονή κοντά στο βουνό Vitosha.
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια πανέμοφη και ήσυχη γειτονιά κοντά στην Eκκλησία της Boyana.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια, προσφέροντας μια πολύ ευχάριστη και χαλαρωτική εμπειρία σε συνδυασμό με θέα στο βουνό και στην πόλη.
Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών, όπως αντίστοιχα και το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο Pirosmani, που βρίσκεται μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο.
Ένα επιπλέον θετικό στοιχείο είναι ότι υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου πολύ κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο, το οποίο σε μεταφέρει εύκολα στον σταθμό Vitosha Metro Station σε 20 λεπτά, διευκολύνοντας σημαντικά τις μετακινήσεις προς το κέντρο.
Υπάρχουν αρκετά εστιατόρια κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο, η Eκκλησία της Boyana και για τους λάτρεις της πεζοπορίας, ξεκινάει λίγο πιο πάνω μία όμορφη διαδρομή προς τον καταρράκτη Boyana Waterfall.

Fijn geslapen in een nette, mooie, schone kamer maar niet het meest vriendelijke personeel.
Pros:

De kamer was ruim, netjes en schoon. Een zeer aangename aankleding! De badkamer was mooi en voelde ook erg schoon aan. Het bed was heerlijk, we hebben ontzettend goed geslapen. De verwarming stond al lekker voor ons aan. Echt een super fijne, schone, comfortabele kamer! Ook hebben ze in de gangen lekkere geurige dingen liggen waardoor de geur echt aangenaam was in de meeste delen van het hotel!

Cons:

Het personeel leek er met tegenzin te staan. Wij besloten een drankje te doen in de lobby maar de receptionist had er flink moeite mee dat hij in moest vallen als barman en was daarbij ook erg onbeleefd naar ons. De enige medewerker die ons een lach gaf was een schoonmaakster! Zij leek mij echt een schat van een vrouw.
Ook zijn we niet bij het restaurant gaan eten, het menu en de sfeer spraken ons niet aan. Deze bevond zich op de eerste verdieping en bij binnenkomst liep je tegen een sigaretten walm aan. Twee serveerders kwamen vrij agressief op ons af, met geen spatje vriendelijkheid, waardoor ik gelijk weg wilde rennen.

Great hotel on the outskirts of Sofia
Pros:

Been here many times before. All team members are exceptional and deliver a great service. Mattress could benefit from a change in our room but generally really comfortable.

Pros:

Es war schön ruhig, direkt neben der Boyana Kapelle und einem wunderschönen Wasserfall in ca. 1,5 Std Fussweg. Trotz der Lage an der Stadtgrenze waren die ÖV Verbindungen top. Das Personal unter der Woche war super nett, redeten auch gerne ein bisschen mit uns und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Cons:

Als das Personal wechselte ab Freitag abend, war das Willkommen gefühl weg. Wir wurden unterschwellig unfreundlich und oben herab behandelt. Das Zimmer war wohl lange nicht gebucht worden und daher staubig.
