Very Good
Pros:

Great hotel. Room small but very comfortable with great bathroom. Staff at the reception were welcoming.
The area is green and quiet. There is a very good Georgian restaurant adjacent to the hotel.

Ca este foarte aproape de autostrada care duce spre Romania.

Cons:

Ce nu mi-a placut. Pentru un hotel de 5 stele:
i. ca am fost incarcati cu 7,5 euro la nota de plata pentru cina in lipsa oricarei consumatii corelative acestui cost si ca ne-au impus plata de 11 euro cu titlu de bacsis, fara intrebari prealabile, fara garantia posobilitatii platii, fara nimic, doar pt ca pot
ii. ca stimabilul chelner mirosea a alcool (probabil s-a cinstit cu cei 7.5 euro, echivalent un pahar de vin)
iii. ca micul dejun nu este bufet suedez, desi a costat 12 euro/pers, separat de cazare (care a fost 101 euro/106 euro/camere),
iv. ca prosoapele si cearsafurile prezentau semne vizibile de uzura, ca in camera era praf si ca nu era deloc aerisita si ca in baie mirosea urat

We travel with 2 very small dogs, on website it doesn’t mention that only one dog is allowed, we had to pay after strong discussions 2 X 20 Euro, where hotel room was 90 euro ….I understand additional cleaning with dog , but to pay for 2 is ridiculous

Hotel und lautes Feiern im Restaurant unvereinbar

Sicherer Parkplatz, schönes Zimmer, gute Betten

Cons:

Safe kaputt, aber durch Zimmerwechsel behoben,fast ganzes Wochenende extrem laute Musik, schwache Klimaanlage, kein Frühstücksbuffet

Conform asteptarilor.
Pros:

Hotelul este situat intr-un cartier linistit al Sofiei.
Are parcare in curtea interioara, avand bariera accesul se face cu ajutorul personalului de la receptie.
Mic dejun foarte bun servit a la carte.
