A wonderful stay in a fabulous hotel which was in an excellent location.
Pros:

Fabulous location, very helpful friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Breakfast was excellent too.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, couldn’t fault it.

Beautiful apartment. Excellent location. Gorgeous views.

Cons:

Air con in the lounge wasn’t as effective as the very efficient bedroom air con. Two showers would have been very useful for the 5 of us getting ready to go out

Top emplacement en bordure de la vieille ville et à 2 pas de la plage. La vue depuis certaines chambres est époustouflante.
Bon confort. Décoration des chambres
Gentillesse du personnel. Parking sur place. La porte du parking 🙂

Cons:

En voiture,difficile de trouver l'hôtel sans Waze (uniquement !). Certains appartements au tarif normal ont une vue minable (sur cour ou sur une ruelle).

Konum dışında otelin öne çıkan bir özelliği yok. Biz de zaten San Sebastian otellerinin dolu olduğu bir dönemde son seçenek olarak karşilaştık ve öyle kaldık.

Cons:

Lekeli havlular, müşteri ile gözgöze gelmekten kaçınan çalışanlar, (bu ifadem kat görevlilerini kapsamıyor), welcome drink önerdiklerini soyleyip anında unutan resepsiyon görevlileri, çok yetersiz kahvaltı seçenekleri, ve en kötüsü otelin önündeki merdivenlerde toplaşarak geç vakitlere kadar içki içen ve bağırarak konuşan bırakın uyku uyumanızı sessiz ortamda dinlenme imkanı bırakmayan halk topluluğu. Buna karşılık herhalde şikayet edilmiş olmalı yatak üzerine bırakılan kulak tıkaçları, inanılmaz bir otel deneyimi. Bilbaoya geldik hala bu oteldeki uykusuzluğumuzu gidermeye çalışıyoruz. Hayatımda hiçbir otelde böyle kötü bir deneyim yaşamadım. Booking.com u da bunda en az bu otel kadar suçlu görüyorum. İspanya'yı bir turizm cenneti olarak biliyoruz, mümkünse San Sebastian'da turizm ile ilgili yetkililer/sorumlular bunun tekrarlanmamasını ve bizim gibi severek gelen turistlerin mağdur olmamasını muhakkak sağlamalıdır. Kocaman turizm ülkesinde İngilizce bilmeyen personel nasıl olur anlayamadım.

素晴らしい！！
Pros:

旧市街が歩いてすぐ、立地が素晴らしい。
ちゃんと英語が通じます。
スタッフも親切で素晴らしかったです。
レレジデンスタイプのお部屋を取りました。
キッチン、ダイニング、リビングもあり、2ベッドルームのお部屋。
ホテル側の部屋に泊まっていた友人らもこちらに来ることが出来たので、部屋飲みが可能となり、とても便利でした。
洗濯機が部屋に付いていたので洗濯が出来、とても助かりました。

Cons:

部屋に置いてあった扇風機⁈が作動せず残念でした。

Acces en voiture tres complique
Nous avions reserve un appartement vue mer et plage et nous nous sommes retrouve avec vue sur un mur ( chambre 2E) aucune vue et tres bruyant.
Espace salon cuisine tres petit et inconfortable.

Great location but room needs a little improvement
Pros:

The location was incredible, beach front and right in the old town next to the hustle and bustle

Cons:

Thin walls which meant hearing neighbours both sides.
Bottom floor garden rooms were dark and gloomy.
Hot and stuffy/smelly room when entering.

Beautiful gem
Pros:

Beautiful view and all of the restaurants/bars are very close.

Cons:

It should have been mentioned that it’s impossible to access the neighbourhood by car at night. We had to find parking outside the old town.
