Pros:

I paid for my stay through the Hotels.com booking, but the hotel refused to recognize this, and made me pay again, and told me to get a refund from Hotels.com

Additionally, the facility is very dated, in pretty poor condition.

Not delighted.
Pros:

Not delighted. Overpriced, austere, and some amenities missing.
The listing included heating, cooling, and a fridge, none of which existed.
The room was very small, and with little acoustic separation from common hallway; sound transfers in both directions, taking away privacy. There was also some motor noises in my room.
Internet is unreliable, water pools in bathroom.

On the plus side, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the buildings are nice and well arranged.

Great budget hotel near westlands
Pros:

Friendly staff, budget friendly accommodation, good room size and clean. Location was good.

Pros:

Great staff. Okay room. Not very hotel like but the grounds were beautiful. Stayed six nights I would probably stay again. Just not a great location for local friends to come visit me. But liked the staff very very much.
