It was close to Kings Dominion

Cons:

Very filthy. Cigarette burns in carpet. Bugs every where. Stains on walls. Bath tub clogged with hair. Bad smell in room. Had clean n wipe everything down.

Ordered a room with a king bed. Was given a room with 2 full
beds. My wife Killed 3 cockroaches in the bathroom and I killed 2 on the stand between the beds. We were there less than an hour and left. Tried to get a refund and was told I'd have an answer within 48 hours. I calledv3 different times and was told 48 hours everything. Almost a month later I got an email saying I was not getting a refund. Not happy!

Broken shower in room with paid showers available, because it’s for truckers.
Pros:

It’s close to Kings Dominion.

Cons:

The shower didn’t work, and there was dirty stamding water in the tub the entire time. The whole bathroom was rather disgusting.

Cons:

I booked a room for a night with me and my friend. I’m 19 and they said I can’t book anything because I’m not 21. Which is fine I understand but THEY NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND. The guy at the counter was so rude and said they would give me a refund the next day and they never did. It was a horrible experience having to deal with that.

Will never book with this hotel again.
Cons:

They are false advertising this hotel is literally behind a truck stop and they don’t disclose that. We checked in to one of our rooms and it wasn’t even clean they have dead roaches and live roaches everywhere don’t let the pictures fool you.

Pros:

Nothing really. We got in late, their phone number doesnt work and the "front desk" is in the truck stop. But I had to find that through google reviews. Booking.com didnt even know that.

Cons:

We had no choice to stay here. It was 11 oclock. It had bugs and mold in the room. The beds did have encasements on them though.
