I’m sorry but I will not come back
Pros:

The Wellcome its grate …professional team in all levels…
The bar it’s amazing…

Cons:

The 7th floor it’s the worse that I trying in all my hotels trips experiences. Why ?
Because there, the rooms are nice, bathrooms also have a good design even if need some refresh cleaning…!a lot huge stains .
The major point it’s that I trued two differents rooms in same floor (7th) and when you are already out form the lift, the smell come from canalisations so smell very stronger ..!! The air conditioning and don’t work at all !!! So in the rooms even with ten cleaning air smell very very stronger and bad…!!! They tuck I time to change the room for last night and it was better but still …
The location area ? For my humble opinions and its personal , it’s very bad location..!! Makati area more convenient…

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good value for money. Swimming pool with a view to the bay is a must.

Cons:

There was a used handkerchief on the bedroom floor. The shower smelled like mold. The lock did not seem to work. When I raised with the hotel the issue of cleanliness and the lock through a text message using a number with which they had contacted me for the check in, they did not answer. I did not raise this at the counter though.

Excellent hotel to stay for a short time. Excellent general accommodation.&
Pros:

The dining area which is fantastic during sunset. Our room was awesome especially the person in charge cleaning our room. I loved the hot chocolate at the lobby. Overall Staff were cheerful, very polite, neat and very helpful. Concierge & front desk A+ 👏Kudos ♥️♥️♥️

Cons:

Wanna stay again , Just a bit pricey!

Amazing hotel with lovely staff and delicious food.
Pros:

Property was beautiful and had lovely inspirations for its decoration. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and treated us very well.

Cons:

Unfortunately the suburb itself showcased the extreme wealth disparity in the surrounding area, at no fault of hotel itself. Otherwise it was beautiful.

The hotel! The pool!!! The room was spacious!!! And the bathroom was SO INCREDIBLE!!!! The staff was SO NICE!!!! Great hotel with great people !!!!! Recommend it!!!!

Absolutely fabulous
Pros:

Buffet with Yeoj, Maki, Jian, Josh, Prince. Wonderful staff. Greetings to Michelle, Vince, Harriet, Bridge, , and the rest of the staff I've forgotten their names.
