A beautiful, peaceful and luxurious hotel - a must stay in Manila bay!
Pros:

The staff were all so helpful and friendly. The rooms are incredible - book one with a sea view. The pool area was so gorgeous and relaxing, and the buffet dinner and breakfast was so varied and delicious! There were so many small touches throughout the hotel that made it so comfortable and accommodating. One of the best places I have ever stayed!

Høy standard, bra service. Spa var virkelig en stor opplevelse- anbefales ☺️

Cons:

roomservice, som vi ventet 1 time på og måtte purre på etter 30 min for å låne en vinåpner. De klarte heller ikke å løse problemet med tv-ens hdmi tilkobling.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec chambres luxueuses et confortables et belle piscine sur le toit. Magnifique vue sur la baie de Manille. Très bons repas et cocktails.

Cons:

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et la chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2. Le quartier de Malate et la localisation sur les quais qui sont assez bruyants.

2. Депозит, о котором нигде не сообщается. Бронировали через букинг, информации об этом не указано никакой.

4. Персонал ведет себя по хамски и занимается вымоганием денег за любые действия. - фото №2
Руководство еще хуже чем персонал.

A stylish art deco hotel with a beauti sunset view of the Manila Bay
Pros:

The art deco design of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. I had my party at Ruby Wong Godown and my guests were all so impressed: from the beautiful decor to the food!

Cons:

Checking in is supposedly at 2pm in their website & email but the rooms were not ready until 4pm.

A true first class experience
Pros:

An absolute treasure here in the Philippines while higher end, the price point is spot on. The staff are amazing and all first class (they even treated this Aussie in flip flops like a first class guest), the food also amazing.

Special highlight and mention absolutely has to go firstly to the staff of Ruby's (a beautiful Chinese 1920's speakeasy den hidden behind a bookcase) Ali, Carl, John, Jessica and Princess, not only treated me well and made my visit (many) there special but they also felt like friends by the time | left. Absolutely nothing was too much or too hard. All with guest memories like finely tuned computers. I cannot say enough about this team of people that work so well together. The bar itself needs to be experienced to believe.

I will return to this hotel for a stay anytime I go to Manila without a second thought. Well done to all involved

Very nice property that needs a little more care

Cons:

The premium (and more expensive) room facing the bay are actually worse because of loud street noise all night...or maybe poor noise isolation ?


In the room, the showerhead is damaged with water going in all directions. The mini fridge does not keep the cold. The main mirror was not clean correctly.

All are “Minor” items for sure, but when you brand yourself as a 5-star…

They need to fix their reservation problems!
Cons:

We reserved an executive twin room but they gave us a King room and pulled a small extra bed as the second bed. This bed was as hard as a rock and meant that one of us slept on a great bed and the other on a very uncomfortable one. Our reservation was very clearly for a twin room and so they absolutely failed.
