Location and cot with good fan condition

Nearby roommates continuosly smoking outside cause discomfort, wifi not working, tv not working, no heater in bathroom, room odourence felt awkward

They denied me check in saying that rooms are full even though the booking was confirmed. Horrible place with very bad staff who do not speak with guests as they should. Arrogant and misbehaved
