Hassles but a convenient place. You didn't actually read my earlier message to you, did you?
Pros:

No breakfast. Easily bought nearby. Staff were nice but nobody actually spoke English as promised. A/C strong, though remote was a mystery.

Cons:

Bed could have fitted my 5' 10" body - absolutely average height at home. I could have gotten the instructions I asked for to use the room safe. Your website showed refrigerators in rooms in several different room types, which I needed for prescription medications, but the hotel actually offers no refrigerators in ANY of their rooms, so your website is false. They did borrow one from somewhere for me, however. Some lifesaving medications (which mine weren't), absolutely must be refrigerated -- think insulin.

The location was excellent

Cons:

The reception staff are as miserable as you can possibly get. The room was very tired looking and of average size. The bed was very comfortable which was a plus point.

Pros:

Room was filthy, towers had holes and were worn out at the edges. The curtain, walls, bed and table all had stains. I looked and checked out same day, and they wouldn’t refund. Disgusting room and management. Yuck!

Pros:

Centrally located to Sentral station. Located in little India. Building had a power outage in the middle of the night and resolved within an hour by staff. Towels were stained and ripped. Bedding was clean. There was dust build up in the aircon.

Pros:

The poperty was very close to KL Sentral which was very convenient for us.
It is a good budget option if you need to catch a train the next day.
