Terrific value, no frills but everything you need.
Pros:

Terrific value for money, it was cheap compared to a lot of other hotels but they got all the basics right: the room was cleaned daily, the shower, bed and AC were all very good, the staff were lovely, they have a laundry service where you pay by the kilo (rather than by item which a lot of places do and is much costlier).

Cons:

There was nothing bad - it delivered a good room for a great price.

Уборка каждый день, полотенца меняют так-же каждый день, в номере есть: холодильник, шкаф, телевизор(не пользовались), шампунь, гель для душа, зубные щетки с пастой, сейфа нет, Окно у нас выходило на соседний ресторан. Бассейн на 8 этаже понравился теплый и красивый вид на город. У нас было позднее заселение ночью, нас встретили и быстро разместили.

Nhi, Nhung, Thao made our stay seamless. After checking out of another hotel, we were in need of somewhere that made us feel at home. This was the perfect place, clean, tidy and super affordable. They sorted bikes out for us and made us feel at home. Not a bad thing to say. Thank you!

The staff were amazing ! So friendly and professional ! This was especially the case regarding Nhung Nhi Thao.

The staff were friendly. The location was great and convenient for getting around. The hotel had hot water, good Wi-Fi, and the room was cleaned every day.
One of the highlights was the nice warm rooftop pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Cons:

From the moment you enter the building, there is a strong smell of mold throughout the entire place. Our room was especially bad because it didn’t have any windows, and the smell was awful and very uncomfortable.
The building itself clearly needs serious restoration. The furniture is very old and heavily worn. Even though the towels are changed every day, they are so old that they feel unpleasant to use, even when they are freshly cleaned.
If you have breathing problems or mold allergies, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
The cleaning ladies are trying their best, but the overall condition of the place makes it very difficult. The rooms, furniture, and bathroom tiles are very worn and neglected. Even the bathroom door was rotting and couldn’t be properly closed.

Pros:

Nhi von der Rezeption war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie hat mir den Aufenthalt im Platinum sehr angenehm gemacht und hatte immer ein Lächelnauf den Lippen.. Ich hoffe, dass ich bald wieder kommen kann.
