Bien situé, mais très sale
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre correspond aux photos (hormis la propreté).

Cons:

La chambre était extrêmement sale. À notre arrivée, il y avait des cheveux et des poils dans le lit et sur le sol. Les linges et draps étaient très tachés. Toute la chambre était globalement sale.
De plus, l’hôtel n’accepte pas la carte, et lorsque nous avons voulu payer en cash ils n’ont accepté seulement le montant exact (ne rendent pas la monnaie).

Convenient location, friendly staff, good value-for-money
Pros:

Great location. Restaurants, supermarkets, the bus stop to/from the airport, etc, almost everything was within walking distance. The next to the hotel was an excellent Bun Cha (traditional noodle) restaurant.
The room was clean, I saw no bugs.
The staffs were also friendly and flexible. I arrived in the very early afternoon, but they welcomed and let me check in.

Cons:

I stayed on the 6th floor, but the lift went up only to the 5th floor, so I had to go up/down the stair. Usually it is not a problem for me, but the stair was too narrow for those with suitcases. I can not recommend this room for those with difficulty in walking.
The room had a window but on the upper part of the wall. So, it was impossible to enjoy the city view.
TV was not functioning(it did not matter for me, though).

Great location to Old Quarter.
Pros:

Location was awesome. Walking into the old quarter everyday, food and coffee everywhere. Property was clean and tidy, with great aircon, which was a must for us, as we had some really warm days.

Cons:

Not a fan of the glass walled bathroom, even though there was a blind. I was travelling with my adult daughter so made things awkward, not impossible, but awkward. That’s about it though.
